HORRIBLE Service! HORRIBLE Service. I even tried to resolve this issue with the General Manager- she was rude and snippy, no help at all. Multiple issues on our ATS, ha HORRIBLE Service. I even tried to resolve this issue with the General Manager- she was rude and snippy, no help at all. Multiple issues on our ATS, has to go back after every repair for the same issue to be fixed, or they can't even find it and we have to point it out. Interior is always dirty with grease every time we get it back, etc, etc. Engine failure on this car at 18K miles...piston failure. Ask dealer to call and discuss engine replacement VS just piston replacement...call back and say it's done and only replaced pistons. 2 days later, car makes a pop, loses all engine power, making loud noises and smelling like oil. Service dept doesn't want to hear the complaints and seems annoyed to help. Good luck winning back European car customers Cadillac...dealer service like this is why we'll be going back to a European brand. I work in the automotive field and this is piss poor service. Wouldn't recommend Elco, GM, or Cadillac to ANYONE! More

DISHONEST I took my car in for a repair and agreed to a 30,000 mile maintenance which included a fluid exchange only to discover that most of the fluids were NE I took my car in for a repair and agreed to a 30,000 mile maintenance which included a fluid exchange only to discover that most of the fluids were NEVER supposed to be replaced according to my owners manual and the advice of another mechanic. They charged me $843!!!! They would not refund one dime of my money. Short term gain, long term loss of a customer. A co-worker went in for an oil change and received this fluid exchange that she never authorized. $500!! They refund half of her money. Are they taking advantage of women? Company used to be owned by Enterprise - new owner, definitely unscrupulous business practices. Very condescending. More

So far, I have never been disappointed in Elco. More
Fair Deal for both Parties Purchased a used car from their dealership that I had been evaluating for a couple of weeks. Eric was very friendly and showed a genuine interest in accommodating my concerns on my trade. Went that extra mile to make the deal. My low rating on the dealership in general mainly applies to the service dept. Not very friendly, Had to wait an exceptionally long time to get the service form written with little acknowledgment despite having several employees available with no customers. Have had much better experiences with other dealerships in that regard. Service after the sale is important and I will avoid using this dealership as my first experience was not that good. Was given 4 free oil changes but will most likely pay another dealer for that service. I would also like to thank the finance dept. for an exceptional job. Very professional and very courteous. More

My 2013 Chrysler kept stalling while in motion, and so I fe I took my car to Elco to get looked at, after my dealership said they could not fit me in. My 2013 Chrysler kept stalling while in motion, and so I felt this needed attention. Elco made sure to fit in time to run diagnostics, seeing the situation as important as I did. I worked with Lamarr Powell who was knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating. I will be bringing my vehicle here instead of my dealership from here on out.
