*DO NOT* trust ELCO Service. I took my 2014 Silverado to have the Shark Fin Antenna repaired because it leaked. They happily took my $500 and said it was fixed. I did not drive I took my 2014 Silverado to have the Shark Fin Antenna repaired because it leaked. They happily took my $500 and said it was fixed. I did not drive the truck for a while because I had a take home car. But, after a rainstorm, I drove it and the leak was still there. I again took it to ELCO and they detected a leak. The mechanic asked Mike B. if the last tech put on sealant and Mike B. said he had. Then, Mike B. told me it would cost an additional $500 to fix the leak. I took the truck to another repair shop. They saw NO SEALANT and the ORIGINAL SHARK FIN. After the sealant was applied, no more issues. How dishonest can ELCO be. CAVAET EMPTOR: ELCO WILL LIE TO YOU! More

I am happy to know there is someone else there who understands how to extend great customer service. I don't mind traveling for it!! Horrible service scheduled my appointment for my car told Mike to service my whole suspension and steering. was given it back not completed just leaving the place you could tell the steering was still off . Mike to service my whole suspension and steering. was given it back not completed just leaving the place you could tell the steering was still off .the bushings on my strut tower one is busting off one isnt there when it was all suspose to be done properly which is not the case.also mike calls me 5 or 6 days later and is trying to add to my ticket work he did the Job isn't even complete .why would you give me the car back knowing it would need more steering parts and another alignment????? I don't like to wait and I don't like high pressure. I know if I like a car, and I know if I can afford it. I drove in, asked to drive a car and within 3 minutes I had the keys and was off driving with no know if I like a car, and I know if I can afford it. Disappointed with their service department. I have a nail in my AWD Cadillac XT5 and called in the morning to find out about getting it fixed. Must replace all 4 tires because of AWD. When I called back to set up the appointment, no one could help me. I was assured someone would call back before 6--you guessed it--no one called. I know the tires are able to get in quickly but was told service is backed up. Very upset could not even get a call back when I called twice to set up an appointment. And on top of it was treated rudely by the women who answered the phone. Was thinking of getting another Cadillac there, but after this--no way. More
