I inquired about a vehicle that I found advertised online. I messaged the dealership to see if the vehicle was still available. I received a text message informing me that the vehicle was still availa online. I messaged the dealership to see if the vehicle was still available. I received a text message informing me that the vehicle was still available and would I like to come take a test drive. I responded that I lived in West Texas and asked if they could sell vehicles remotely and deliver the vehicle. I received a reply stating that they could sell remotely and arrange delivery and that a salesman would be reaching out soon to discuss the transaction. Shortly after that, I received a text stating that the salesmen were tied up with guests and that I had been communicating with a virtual agent. The salesman informed me that they were going to sell the vehicle locally and that they were not interested in dealing with me since I wasn't local. Evidently, if you don't live in Ballwin, MO, this company does not want your business. This should have been a very easy transaction as I am a cash buyer. More
