I walked in expecting to spend the entire day at the dealership, but thanks to Josh’s preparation and efficiency, I was in and out in about two hours—unbelievable! Kevin was equally fantastic—so professional and personable. Both Josh and Kevin made me feel like more than just a customer. We bought a used 2016 F250. After getting home, we found the tailgate latch does not work. When taking it back because the check engine light came on (they said they couldn't After getting home, we found the tailgate latch does not work. When taking it back because the check engine light came on (they said they couldn't do anything because it had by then gone off, it's on and off), they brushed off the tailgate latch issue. They would not do anything about it. This is our first time to buy from this dealership and because of a minimum fix issue (tailgate latch) that they wouldn't address, it will be my last time. More

I was in a situation where I was unsatisfied with the new vehicle I purchased from a different dealership, due to its small size. I came in from out of town to visit Gerald "Cuz" from Elliott Team Ford of Na vehicle I purchased from a different dealership, due to its small size. I came in from out of town to visit Gerald "Cuz" from Elliott Team Ford of Navasota because he was very professional and courteous through our on-line and text interactions. Cuz was able to get me into a new Ford Escape, which is way more comfortable than my previous vehicle, at an amazing deal! I would wholeheartedly recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a new or used vehicle. There are no gimmicks, bait-and-switch tactics, or outrageous bogus dealer markups that have become commonplace at other dealerships. The entire atmosphere is relaxed, and the facility is brand new. I was expecting to spend the entire day at the dealership negotiating and completing finance paperwork, but they have an extremely efficient and state-of-the-art workflow that got me in and out very quickly. Everyone from the general manager, salespersons, finance manager, and service staff was very friendly. Way to go Elliott Team Ford of Navasota; keep it up! More
