EAG Ford Navasota has no integrity or business ethics and cannot be trusted. I worked a deal on a vehicle through countless calls and frequent texts with the sales rep. They took a deposit via credit card to secure the vehicle on 11/6. They said the deal was contingent on financing with them and asked me to complete a finance app which I reluctantly did. We agreed on terms (11/6) and set a delivery date for Sat 11/8. The sales rep texted me at 8 pm on 11/6 and told me the vehicle was mine and that he would see me Saturday. I texted the sales rep Fri 11/7 with a quick question and his response was he was off on Fri but that I wasn’t going to believe it… that someone came in Fri morning and offered to buy it and management agreed to throw away my executed deal and deposit and sell it out from under me. No phone call, no discussion, nothing. I called and spoke to the GM who admitted it was wrong, offered a hollow apology but had no plan to make it right. As of this writing, they still have not refunded my deposit. I would very much like to speak to the President of EAG Auto Group, Chris Elliott, to share this experience and how unethical the management team at EAG Ford is. I would avoid EAG Auto Group at all cost. More

He could’ve easily said you need to contact the other store or I can’t help since the vehicle isn’t here. We’re super appreciative of Eric’s efforts! Bought my vehicle purely online. ’never thought I would do that. Pointed out anything they saw that was abnormal. Had it all fixed and detailed when it reached me. All financing and warranty stuff was extremely easy. This took a few phone calls over the course of a few days with my work schedule but if you added time up I have spent way longer in dealerships trying to get it all done. Like a full day! Was not this way with them. Locally I got quoted an extended ford warranty on a used f250 similar to what I bought and was happy twice as much for same plan. With all electronics on new vehicles now it’s almost a must to have and they can stick you on that price. Joe the finance guy said it was $100 over the cost of the plan and I believe him as I was shipping around and literally over twice as much for the same plan on similar vehicle! Eric was my salesman. From start to finish even after sale was over he was my direct contact and awesome to work with. They told me Shipping I’m state of Texas was free. They usually drive them to you and meet you. I gave them an a dress clear I’m the northwest part of Texas As I live in northwest Kansas. They said we won’t drive it that far, they will put it on a truck and meet me there at my convenience! I unfortunately could not meet for 2 weeks as I was going on a big trip. They said no problem it could sit with them until I was ready. I’ve asked other places if I could leave for a day and come pick up and was always denied. Again super awesome to work with! Matt sales manager was great too getting everything arranged. Felt like it was a giant gamble spending a ton of money on a vehicle I’ve never stepped into or seen in person. It showed up and was better in person than the pictures which was awesome! Thanks again! Won’t be hesitant to buy from them again even living 14 hrs away! More

We have bought two new Ford trucks this year. Kyle Orlando made sure his sales team took awesome care of us! We shopped around the Conroe, TX, area, but we could not beat the service and care! The most horrible customer service and unresponsive team I have EVER worked with in my entire life! I had to actually get an attorney after they threatened me with theirs who I never got to correspond with I have EVER worked with in my entire life! I had to actually get an attorney after they threatened me with theirs who I never got to correspond with over a warranty that they sold me and would not honor. After the motor locked up and me hiring an attorney they bought the truck back from me like they were doing me a favor AND NEVER ADMITTED ANY WRONG DOING OR FAULT AT ANY POINT. From the from desk to to GM absolutely unprofessional! More

Ms. Bailey and Brice were very kind & went out of their way to help me! I bought my car from Ford thru the Dodge side. I was disappointed in the service after the sale at Dodge, but Ms Bailey took me under way to help me! I bought my car from Ford thru the Dodge side.
