Hector knew alot about the ram rebel 1500. They had the one i wanted and the buying process was smooth. I drove 2.5 hrs from louisisana to see it and purchased it that day. After years of taking my vehicles for service to EAG I had mostly good experiences. I have two Jeep Grand Cherokees and a Dodge pu. Yesterday I had a bad experience. I took my vehicle in to have a pro had mostly good experiences. I have two Jeep Grand Cherokees and a Dodge pu. Yesterday I had a bad experience. I took my vehicle in to have a problem checked out. They held my vehicle over a week. After a phone call they texted me a quote, $800 more than originally quoted. I took it to another dealership and they quoted the original amount. They did not treat me like a valued customer of many years. I am truly disappointed. More
