The dealership is not fancy and it’s hard to find a place to park, but we got a fantastic price on a 2013 Toyota with low miles. We were appreciative and impressed that the salesman Ali authorized the service team to perform all the little fixes that we requested. The process of getting the paperwork finished to buy our car (through the USAA buying program) was very smooth and unstressful. Alex also gave us great customer service and made sure we were completely satisfied. Our Maryland tags took a little longer to be mailed to us than we’d hoped, but we are thrilled with our new ride and we highly recommend eTrade Auto Sales. More
