BUYER BEWARE.....CONSUMER REVIEW OF E&J AUTOMOTIVE E&J Automotive owners, Eric & Jessica Bermudez are being investigated by local, state, & federal agencies for a "laundry-list" of violations found und E&J Automotive owners, Eric & Jessica Bermudez are being investigated by local, state, & federal agencies for a "laundry-list" of violations found under the Deceptive Trade Practices Act for consumer protection, including deceptive advertising, misrepresention of vehicle's value and condition, misappropriating cash payments, violating consumer privacy rights, unlawful repossession, and breach of contract to name a few in the purchase/sale of a 2007 Saab that was priced twice as much as the private retail value of the car, The vehicle had major mechanical issues that were not disclosed, There is not even a sense of customer service, or respect. This experience could happen to anyone, and if it happened to me, it'll happen to you. More
