Great salesman I bought a 2019 Outback Touring from not only Ralph Wolfe, but the entire Dyer family. Pleasant car buying experience! I tried to order a vehicle from 4 different dealerships nd not one truly showed interest or would take the time and write up the deal so I knew what I I tried to order a vehicle from 4 different dealerships nd not one truly showed interest or would take the time and write up the deal so I knew what I would be paying. Each dealer would text me some numbers and the. When I tried to finalize the deal, they would either come up with new terms or mention some dealer policy that would cause me to not want to do the deal. Sherri at Dyer was not only very helpful and did not pressure me in any way, but she was the only one to write the deal up and presented it to me as something I could rely on. I also appreciated their finance manager Chuck. I usually dread that meeting, but he just explained things and did not pressure me into anything either. I went to pick up my new car and the entire process only took about 40 minutes and that included Sherri showing me how to use the new features and a trip to the parts department to check out accessories. It was probably the best car buying experience I have ever had. I will definitely go back for my next vehicle purchase and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. More

Couldn't have been more helpful and sincere. We were fortunate to have been greeted by Rob Galpin. We had come into the showroom to look at the new Ascent, but after we spoke with Rob we all agr We were fortunate to have been greeted by Rob Galpin. We had come into the showroom to look at the new Ascent, but after we spoke with Rob we all agreed that we didn't need such a large vehicle, and he recommended the Outback, which we did purchase. We had to wait a couple of weeks to get it because we wanted a different interior color and had to choose a new package. Rob followed up with us on a regular basis. When we sold our old vehicle shortly after ordering the Outback, Rob arranged for a loaner car so we could get around town until our Subaru was ready for us. He also helped us find an insurance company, as we are new residents of Florida and weren't familiar with the options available to us. My husband had some trouble installing the Thule roof rack on the Outback, and Rob, whose residence is in the same city as ours, took the time to come to our home and give us a hand. Being from the Northeast, we were unaware that a "car salesman" could be so genuine and low key. He's certainly not stereotypical. Dyer is very fortunate to have him as an associate. More

She was very friendly and knowledgeable on Subaru's new edition vehicle. It was a pleasure working with her because it was a no pressure situation. We took a test drive, she answered all our questions and then it was up to us to decide if we wanted it. We discussed our trade-in and cost of the new vehicle, with Kim and Chad, and came up with figures that made us feel very good about the deal.
