We received the quote for the Subaru Legacy that we wanted from your dealership and it was a good price. What impressed us most was your sales associate, Sherri Lane, who made the entire transaction so smooth and easy. We were able to give her all our information on the phone because I am handicapped and it's difficult to get to your dealership for us. She managed to have everything done so that we spend the least amount of time at the dealership. She also offered to drive me to the dealership even though we live an hour away. We didn't take her up on this, but she did offer to do it. Of all the vehicles we have leased or purchased this was by far, the easiest and best experience. The price was exactly as quoted, with no surprise fees at the time of signing the lease. You are fortunate to have a sales associate as helpful and professional as Sherri Lane representing your dealership. More

I was looking for a slightly used 2014 Forester. I found one at Dyer's. The car was in Florida and I am in New York so it had to be worthwhile for me to incurr the transport/travel. Destiny was my first point of contact and she was fabulous, followed up by Angela. They both were extremely quick and responsive. All initial communication was done via email and it was important for me to get a good repoire and feel comfortable and confident before I actually moved ahead with a purchase site unseen. They both accomplished this wonderfully. After the intital emails, I spoke with Angela on the phone and she was quite accomodating and patient as I worked through the numbers to see if I would proceed. That was on a Saturday and I told her I would go to the bank on Monday and be in touch. After my bank visit, I asked if we could come down in the number a little bit and she was able to accomodate. Deal done. Got the money wired and set up my travel plans to pick up the car and drive it back to New York. Of course I was extremely nervous and Destiny and Angela both had a hand in talking me down off the ledge. All the worry for nothing. Everything went perfectly and Angela and Destiny were just as wonderful in person. Angela even came in on her day off to make sure everything went okay. Great sales experience...lovely people, no pressure, and happy with the product and the price. Doesn't get much better than that...but then it did. It was a little tag team and I was introduced and handed off to Sherri Lane. She patiently took me through the paperwork and got everything set to transfer the car and explain all the workings in this 2014 vehicle. The car is beautiful and it truly looks new. Nobody believes me that it is actually a used car. She even took the time to set up my phone to the bluetooth feature so I can use it on the drive back. All in All the best dealer car purchase I have ever had. This is the way I have always hoped to have a new car purchase. Have the car I want, give me your best price and then just let me decide, always being available if I need a question answered. Lovely job ladies and I thank you very much. More
