PURCHASED 2014 SUBARU IMPREZA I recently purchased a 2014 Impreza from Dyer Auto. I was heading to another agency and out of curiosity stopped in to Dyer not knowing what to expec I recently purchased a 2014 Impreza from Dyer Auto. I was heading to another agency and out of curiosity stopped in to Dyer not knowing what to expect. I was met by your salesman, Jevin Eyman, who listened to me without being overly aggressive. That impressed me right away. We talked about the Impreza. I had previously done some research on that model and seen very favorable reviews on it..... but wasn't sure if it was for me. He showed me several on the lot and asked if I wanted to sit and drive one. Driving the car as well as his patiently explaining the different qualities of the car sold me.....IF I COULD AFFORD IT.... That's when I was more impressed with Jevin and the Agency. We were able to compromise on the price and I found all the people who helped me purchase my new car professional, and more importantly, very kind and friendly. Jevin Eyman introduced me to the service department, changed my license plate and I drove away in my new Impreza feeling confident that he as well as Dyer had served me well. I look forward to seeing Jevin again when I return for service. More

My engine light came on along with a blinking red brake light on my 2012 Outback. At 5:10 pm, I trusted to luck that someone would still be in your service dept. Voila. Yes. David Del Bello answered and his "we try to put travelers back on the road ASAP, be here at 7:30" was more than expected. David ensured I got prompt service, found the loose gas cap, and also provided test samples of transmission oil that prompted me to make the suggested changes. I cannot think of ever having met a more likable, customer oriented, and knowledgeable service manager. Hold on to him. I was back on the road by 10:30. Many thanks to your entire staff at Subaru. After reviewing 4 different vehicle makes, we decided on a Subaru Forester. We chose Dyer Subaru due to distance from our home and the dealer rating. We had seen several very positive reviews of this dealership. Ralph Wolfe was our salesman and very competently explained the features available on the Forester. The first meeting was yesterday, Ralph took our telephone number and e-mail. I was worried this was going to lead to a lot of calls pressuring us for a sale. I could not have been more wrong. Today I was ready to purchase and called Ralph for the financial particulars. I expected this phase to be very unpleasant, per usual with a car dealership. Again I was wrong, we had no pressure, and received reasonable first offers. After a very short talk on the phone, we had reached agreement. Time to drive to the dealer and try completing the deal with the numbers we agreed to. Met with Ralph again, he had my trade-in estimated. I was able to reach a fair price. I was now thinking there was going to be a catch when I talked to the finance guy. Instead, there were no surprises, and we were treated with respect and no pressure. Bottom line, we paid a very good price, and found a new dealer to shop with. We completed the deal, with all of the numbers holding up. There were NO catches! Just fair dealing, and competent staff, knowing their job. I will enthusiastically recommend Dyer Subaru/Mazda to anyone asking. When time comes for another vehicle, I will shop at Dyer first without question. More

The entire transaction was "nothing like a root canal" as I like to say, and with Sherri, Angela, the prep crew, and the Dyer Subaru Team, it was so painless and sensible, I kept thinking, "This can't be (it)." But it was; I came to them not unlike the movie character 'Rainman' and left the lot felling like the guy who played Rainman's brother. I had questions and they patiently answered every one. I have been in Honda's since January, 1985 and buying a new car was never this pleasant. Seriously. I highly recommend Sherri Lane and Dyer Subaru for a most agreeable experience in automobile transacting and would hope to do nothing different, if I had to do it all over again. More
Ralph was friendly and knowledgeable about Subaru Outbacks, as he drives one himself. He was very patient, as I checked other dealers and models of autos over a two month period. We received the quote for the Subaru Legacy that we wanted from your dealership and it was a good price. What impressed us most was your sales associate, Sherri Lane, who made the entire transaction so smooth and easy. We were able to give her all our information on the phone because I am handicapped and it's difficult to get to your dealership for us. She managed to have everything done so that we spend the least amount of time at the dealership. She also offered to drive me to the dealership even though we live an hour away. We didn't take her up on this, but she did offer to do it. Of all the vehicles we have leased or purchased this was by far, the easiest and best experience. The price was exactly as quoted, with no surprise fees at the time of signing the lease. You are fortunate to have a sales associate as helpful and professional as Sherri Lane representing your dealership. More
