So, with some trepidation from past experiences, we thought we would drive up to Vero (from Palm City) and take a look at a Forester. There we met Jevin ( the nicest and most helpful sales person we have ever worked with). He quickly arranged a test drive in a Forester Limited. Just as quickly we were sold and now have our new Forester from Dyer! Everyone was very helpful. More
Salesperson extraordinaire Sherri Lane Sherri Lane showed enormous grace and patience with me and my first Subaru purchase. Sherri is knowledgable about all things Subaru, and understands Sherri Lane showed enormous grace and patience with me and my first Subaru purchase. Sherri is knowledgable about all things Subaru, and understands well the indecisions and sensitivities related to a major purchase. I was an especially complicated customer, and it was the first time I purchased a new car, so I lacked confidence in myself, and, admittedly in sales people. I asked a zillion questions, and circled back and forth, and to and fro. As a New Yorker making a purchase in Florida, what added a new level of complexity was the fact that my dad had stage four cancer and was given a frightening prognosis. He gifted me with a portion of the cost of the car, and Sherri knew I was particularly sensitive during this time. She waited for me to get my spin out, and when I finally purchased from Dyer, Sherri generously took the time to decorate my new Crosstrek XV with a pretty red bow and big balloon, and photographed me and my dad enthusiastically. Sherri not only knows all about the Subaru, she also knows about the human condition. I was humbled after juggling different dealers, and ended up back where I started -- that nice lady at Dyer Auto named Sherri Lane who was the most honest salesperson from the word "go." I now drive know what Subaru means by, "Confidence in Motion." More

Daniel, the Internet representative at Dyer Mazda Subaru was the only dealer that actually did what I asked them to do and met my needs. Dyer gave me a very fair (and competitive) price. Everyone at Dyer was knowledgeable and friendly and really seemed like they wanted our business without being overly aggressive. We had previously visited another dealership in my town who told me that they didn't need to aggressively price or solicit my business because of the popularity of the model/features I wanted. The arrogance really turned us off. However, when I told the local dealer I had decided to purchase elsewhere, they seemed genuinely shocked when we didn't buy from them. We hate to go through the ritual of buying a new car, always wondering how much we'll end up being ripped off; but we can honestly say that buying from Dyer, was the best auto "customer experience" we've had buying an automobile. Everyone we came in contact with was professional, friendly, and thorough. When we drove down to the dealership to do the actual purchase transaction for the car, the sales person spent over an hour going over the many features of our new vehicle (including the Eyesight system) and insisted that we feel comfortable and know how to use the features before he let us leave the dealership. He also gave us his card and told us that he covered a lot of material with us and that we'd probably have some questions and to please call him and ask. We actually did forget something and called the next day. Jevin walked us through the process over the phone and actually got back to us within 20 minutes of our calling him - even though the sale had been completed. It truly was a FANTASTIC overall experience and we wouldn't hesitate to buy another car from Dyer Mazda Subaru and recommend them to anyone buying an automobile. More

Received an email from Sherrl Lane at Dyer in Vero Beach and elected to evaluate that opportunhity. Helen and I are so glad we did. Sherri has been just fabulous. What a wonderful car buying experience. We also dealt with Kevin Dolan and Devin Peirce who both additionally dispayed the professionalism and courtesy shown by Sherrl Lane. A very pleasant sales experience with Rob Galpin. In April I was in Vero Beach for a time share we had. I just stopped into Dyer Subaru to look at the 2014 Outback as a possible replacement for my 20 In April I was in Vero Beach for a time share we had. I just stopped into Dyer Subaru to look at the 2014 Outback as a possible replacement for my 2002 Ford Taurus SEL wagon. Rob Galpin was the salesman. He was low key and very knowledgeable. We took a test drive but wanted to wait for the 2015 because of all the changes. The end of June I found the color and trim I wanted at another Florida dealer. Chad, sales mgr, negotiated the dealer trade. I live in Boca Raton and have access to at least six Subaru dealers close by. I have no regrets that I chose Dyer. I really like the 2015 Outback 2.5i Limited. I thought the price was excellent and appreciate the work of Rob and Chad - most of which was by phone or email. More

Once we arrived, we decided to take a look around. That is when we met Sherri! She is awesome!! Before we knew it, we were getting out of our 2012 lease that was up in December and getting a new 2015 Subaru Forester!! It was wonderful!! It had to be one of the easiest and fastest processes we have ever gone through. Sherri explained everything to us as she did it so we always knew what was happening. We love the new Forester and are so happy that we were able to get it earlier than expected. You have made us loyal customers. We have recommended your dealership to friends and neighbors who are thinking of getting a new car too. More

We found a low mileage loaner Subaru Outback that fit our needs. We purchased it that very day. The complete transaction was very smooth and we were very satisfied.
