Request I requested an oil change and the car to be sent to the body shop. Car was dropped off Monday morning at the open. We were called at approximately 3 o'clock and told your car is ready come pick it up! No one sent it to the body shop. Wednesday we called to check on the progress and were told that no work had been done when asked why we were told that got the car late Monday, Tuesday wasn't mentioned it off and Wednesday they were going to start on it but we asked for our car back. We didn't contact the dealership until 10:30. Doesn't sounds like Wayne said. " we were going to start on it first thing but then you called " that's not true we called at 10:30 and were told at 11 o'clock that no work has been done. Why wasn't The car worked on Tuesday? Why wasn't it delivered properly from the oil change to the body shop? Sounds like these people are trying to make their problem our problem! Lots of love lots of excuses, No performance! Will know where not to buy a car next time! We asked for a callback from the general manager know so call has been received. Guess it's easier to get new clients than it is to service your existing customer base! Good to know! More people should know! More

We were told the parts were waiting for us and it would take about a week . After dropping the car off on Monday we were informed Wednesday that it had not been touched in that would be weeks until it was completed. We will take will be taking our car and our business elsewhere. That's a shame because we've been buying GM cars for a decade We intend to notify her insurance carrier Allstate of the poor customer service and lack of truth. More
Still have the service engine light on after 3 trips. We bought the car there and were harassed when we took it to a mechanic. Do not buy a used car from Dyer. Horrible Absolutely regret my purchase with this dealer. When we were in the process of buying or truck (used) we told the sales man that tires were not in g Absolutely regret my purchase with this dealer. When we were in the process of buying or truck (used) we told the sales man that tires were not in good shape. He replied that they passed the dyer Chevrolet inspection, less than a year later or 5485 miles later the service department tells me I need to replace the tires. Horrible service department from both Chevrolet locations. First experience was a scheduled oil change and full detail. It took 4.5 hours for this. They said it was because of the detail. So my wife sat back down and waited a little bit longer. When she received the truck back it still had white dirt covering the wheel well. She went back inside and complained, so they took the truck back and addressed the dirt with more waiting. Second visit to the service department was the Fort Pierce location. I was told when we bought the truck that we could pay a little bit extra and have every warranty possible for a truck of that year with that many miles, so we did. I called Saturday 02/11/2017 to set an appointment for my wife to drop the truck off Monday 02/13/2017. My wife goes in Monday they had no idea what she was talking about (apparently the service writer dropped the ball). They called Monday evening to tell me the tires are bad on the vehicle and that the other issue is not covered under the warranty. I haven't even done the second oil change on this vehicle. I would not recommend anyone to use this dealer. Once they have you in the vehicle of your dreams, don't count on much more from them (Even if you bought the extra warrantys). More
Loving my 2017 Chevy Colorado!! I had gone in for service on my Chevy Cruze. I had been looking to upgrade to a truck and was wondering if they would match or come close to another I had gone in for service on my Chevy Cruze. I had been looking to upgrade to a truck and was wondering if they would match or come close to another dealer. I had talked to Rikk Barrera, the last time I was in for service so I remembered him and asked to speak with him again. As I found out the hard way, the dealer I was trying to match was not entirely honest with their cars.com advertisements. Long story short, Rikk was extremely patient with me. After several "negotiations" and ideas, he was finally able to get to a number I was willing to pay and considering I went in for an oil change, I left in a brand new 2017 Chevy Colorado 2LT and couldn't be happier! It's a great truck and has everything I could ever want in a vehicle. ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT! He was extremely friendly. He wasn't pushy, he wasn't forceful, and even let me take a loaner to go run some errands and grab some lunch while they waited for the truck to be delivered from their Ft. Pierce Dealership. I highly recommend Rikk Barrera, the next time you need or want a new vehicle! More

Dyer Chevrolet makes the difference I have been taking my 2011 Equinox to Dyer Chevy for last 3.5 years I have been in Vero Beach. I have found a place with a great service department an I have been taking my 2011 Equinox to Dyer Chevy for last 3.5 years I have been in Vero Beach. I have found a place with a great service department and manager in David Scott that have always been helpful and great in there service. I also traded my 2011 Equinox for a 2017 Equinox and the sales group made it a very pleasant trip and I walked out with a new 2017 LS Equinox. I really enjoy drying this SUV and it has great miles per gallon and comfortable to ride in for my family. Thanks Michael Ciemko . More
