Recently relocated to Vero Beach from upstate NY. Stopped by Dyer Chevrolet simply to look, not really intending to buy right away. Tried out a 2008 GMC Sierra that was a great vehicle. I recently purchased a 2010 certified pre-owned Chevy Impala from Dyer Chevrolet. This was only after I had purchased and returned another certified pre-owned 2011 Chevy Impala from another dealer in Pom Impala from Dyer Chevrolet. This was only after I had purchased and returned another certified pre-owned 2011 Chevy Impala from another dealer in Pompano Beach, Fla., that was horrific. At Dyer I worked with sales consultant, Rick West, who did an outstanding job working with me and making sure the purchase details and delivery of the vehicle was to my expectation. You would think I just bought the most expensive vehicle Chevy makes based on how Rick delivered my car. During the delivery process it was noted there were marks on the rear bumper and it was decided they would be taken care of later when my scheduled permitted. Unfortunately the service/repair did not go as they planned and it was not acceptable by me and it was questionable if the dealership would do the right thing and really fix it. I will tell you, Rick West took the situation in hand and Dyer Chevrolet not only did the right thing but exceeded my expectations. I have bought many cars and will tell anyone, based on this experience, this dealership will do what it takes to make a delighted customer. I had gotten some very favorable recommendations about Mike Ciemko at Dyer Chevrolet, and this week decided it was time to bite the bullet and visit the dealership. I couldn't be happier with this decision. Mike was very knowledgeable, helpful and truly seemed to put my best interests at the forefront. He made the whole experience pleasant, and I regret not having gone in sooner. I can't recommend him highly enough. While I was there, he introduced me to Tina Klein, the General Sales Manager. Tina was very welcoming and friendly, thanking me repeatedly for coming in, and letting me know that if I could contact her if I ever needed anything. She just added to my overall sense that Dyer is a first-rate dealership. Everyone's least favorite part of purchasing a car must be dealing with the financial end. John Sottile genuinely took the pain out of the paperwork, however. He's a seasoned veteran of the business, very professional, and was a pleasure to work with. He did his best to get things handled quickly, but took the time to answer any questions I had, ensuring that I was fully informed at every step. Kudos to the staff at Dyer Chevrolet.
