From the moment I meet Joe Noach I felt appreciated as a customer. I was introduce to the manager, I felt very welcome. Joe was so friendly, knowledgeable, honest and just overall a great salesmen. Joe did not make me feel like running off the lot. I told him exactly what I wanted, how much I wanted to spend & he came through providing us with everything we expected & then some. Joe went above and beyond his call of duty. Anything I was not happy with Joe made sure before our deal was finished I was completely satisfied. John Sottile in the finance department was just as nice to work with. I can be a real pain going into every detail but John was patient with me & got me the best deal possible saving me as much as he could. I was pre-approved with the bank I bought my previous car through and thought that the rate they were giving me was a pretty good deal but when I sat down with John and he saw my credit score he got my rate even lower. Even while we waited another salesman talked to us about Aruba where we are taking our next vacation, he had been there too and told us all the things to do and places to go while we are there.
