After finding the used VW Beetle I have wanted for years on the Dyer dealership website, I called and talked to Joe Noach. He told us on the phone that it was a manual transmission before we drove 36 miles on the Dyer dealership website, I called and talked to Joe Noach. So I went to see the car, loved it after driving it around the lot and we went inside and made the deal. I am very pleased with everything and with Joe. He is a very polite and friendly salesman and tries to please a customer in any way he can. When the convertible top was leaking due to the back window coming loose, he helped us make a deal for a new top....and also a new dash mat. The dealership was honest when telling us they could glue the window back but it would only come loose again. We dropped off the car on Monday and picked it up on Friday and I feel like I have a brand new car instead of a 7 year old used car. I would definitely recommend Dyer Dealership and Joe Noach to my family and friends who are interested in buying a new or used car. They are very accommodating. Thank you!! More
