worst ever washing the truck the next day noticed rear bumper lower on left side than right side. also had squeak when releasing brake pedal. took to service dep washing the truck the next day noticed rear bumper lower on left side than right side. also had squeak when releasing brake pedal. took to service dept to have issues addressed and learned rear bumper supports and brackets damaged after being told never in an accident by salesman. steve. talked to salesman steve and he had to get with uc manager. steve called and had me bring the truck in again for them to look at the damage. oc manager refused to do anything to correct but i could pay to have "their" bumper guy look at it. i then talked to general manger that offered to pay for bumper guy to see if he could straighten damaged support and brackets' i declined as not comfortable with that repair as the structure stability of support and brackets would be compramized. i was very unhappy More

He has never been pushy like some salesman. This last buy was made because I had a KIA and I needed a car I could tow behind my motorhome so I returned to Dyer and Mike for that need. Guess!!! I bought a new Malibu from Mike. Also I would like to comment that I think Carl Merrick the tops in service department. Just look how long Carl and Mike have been around. Must say something about how much they love and dedicate themselves to it. Two of the finest in my book. More

My experience at Dyer Chevrolet I hadn't quite decided what new car I wanted, I looked at a few others and wasn't impressed with either the vehicles or the service. Since I already h I hadn't quite decided what new car I wanted, I looked at a few others and wasn't impressed with either the vehicles or the service. Since I already had a chevy blazer and was very happy with it, I decided to go to Dyers and check out the new chevys. As I parked and got out of my vehicle, Mike Ciemko approached me and introduced himself and asked how he could help me. I told him I was looking for a new car and had been happy with my blazer, he suggested I look at the Equinox and asked me color I liked. I pointed to the blue in front, we went over and looked at it, Mike pointed out all the new features; onstar, hands free calling, the various ways to adjust the seat for maximum comfort, etc. I told him I liked it and he suggested we take a test drive, from the minute I pulled out of the lot, I felt as comfortable as I had with my blazer, which I have had for ten years. We got back put some numbers together and I am now the very happy owner of that Equinox. The whole experience was very pleasant, I never felt pressured or uncomfortable, I would buy again from Dyer, especially if Mike is helping me an I woul be glad to recommend them to any of my friends.
