They checked in with both of daily on the updates with her repairs. I highly recommend Dyer and always ask for Mark he cares long after the sale. And always get your car maintenance with Kelly he will never steer you wrong. Thanks guys!!! More

Horrible service dept treatment My daughter brought her brand new truck in for a service appointment to fix 3 things that she found that needed to be fixed. One was a paint issue, on My daughter brought her brand new truck in for a service appointment to fix 3 things that she found that needed to be fixed. One was a paint issue, one was a dashboard issue and the big one was a tire issue. She waited for over 3 hours on day one and all they did was fix a 2 minute issue with the dashboard. They told her that there was a defect in her tire and they didn't have any but would get one in the next day and they would also fix the paint, so they gave her an appointment for the next day. Next day she shows up, after waiting an hour, no paint fixed and NO tire....they tell her they have to send her to a body shop to have the paint fixed, but not for at least a week, not too big of a deal, but they then say come back for the tire AFTER the paint is fixed!!!! So they are actually advising her to go ahead and drive on this bad tire!!!! The tire has a manufacturers defect in it and has a bubble on the outside......they are actually telling her to drive on it........totally disgusted. More

Driver Please read entire review. The worst experience I've ever had with a body shop! Had an accident/ insurance claim for my 2012 Cadillac Escalade. Driver side front end, bumper, fender, tire, rim, front driver side suspension and under frame were all damaged and needed to be replaced. Dyer Chevrolet of Fort Pierce took 8 weeks to "complete repairs" and would have taken longer had I not expressed my frustrations with Daryl (body shop manager). Every week I called Daryl for an update, it was always another issue that took the entire week to fix. I felt like he was making up issues to keep my vehicle longer to run up a labor bill, since it was an insurance claim. I finally had enough! When he told me he test drove my vehicle on the 7th week. I found this hard to believe since my cadillac comes equipped with an app that I can see diagnostics on. On the app one of my tires had 14 psi (basically flat) plus my milage on the app was the same since the vehicle arrived to them. Therefore, he couldn't have driven it. Once Daryl found out I can see details about my vehicle's diagnostics, all of a sudden within 30 minutes all my tires had 35 psi??? Driving home my center cap on my rim that they (replaced) flew off because they installed the wrong bolts that were too long and you would have known that when installing the center cap because it has to snap in, also they missed some scratches that were related to the accident. Had to take my vehicle to a second shop to fix wrong bolts and scratches. After inspection, second shop found additional parts that Dyer missed. Like bent struts and a bent shock that they said they replaced but did not. If you want honest, efficient and reliable service done on your car DO NOT take it to Dyer Chevrolet of Fort Pierce. More

Such horrible expirence took 2 months to find out what the issue was. The customer service sucks !
