Horrible experience! Service advisor was great, but the technician was not. Brought vehicle in for tire repair and oil leak. Picked up vehicle and the battery light wa Service advisor was great, but the technician was not. Brought vehicle in for tire repair and oil leak. Picked up vehicle and the battery light was on. They told me my battery was bad, wrong. The alternator wasn't charging. they misdiagnosed it two more time before figuring out that they blew the fuse box during the oil leak repair. slopping and incompetent technician. So, they blew the fuse box, steering wheel crooked after oil leak repair, missing valve stem cap after tire replaced, cover on seat not installed after replacing seat frame, wire harness cut open and not taped up (I assume when trying to diagnose alternator issue). Contacted management about my experience and they never replied. Not a good experience! More
If Your Smart Don't Bring Your Car There An Less It Warranty Work Brought My 04 Envoy There For A Cracked Exhaust Manifold Kelly Gave Me A Price Of 11 Hundred Then They Broke Half The Bolts Off On Mani Warranty Work Brought My 04 Envoy There For A Cracked Exhaust Manifold Kelly Gave Me A Price Of 11 Hundred Then They Broke Half The Bolts Off On Manifold Then Snapped Off A Head Bolts Kelly Have Gave Me Another Price Of 31 To 32 Hundred To Fix After That Then He Said He Found A Good Low Mileage Mileage Used Motor With A Little Over Hundred Thousand And It Wouldn't Cost Me Any More Then Fixing The Original Motor Said It Would Still Be 31 to 32 The There And Talked To The Mechanic He Said The Motor Looked So Bad Took Everything Off My Old Motor And But It On The Used Motor Right Down To The Water Pump And Everything Went To Pay Kelly Gave Me A Bill For 4,134.04 I Said What This He Look At The Bill And Kelly Said He Didn't Know They Were Going To Do All These Thing Started Saying They Put Oil Cooling Filter And Thing Any Idiot Would Know That These Are All The Thing You Do When A Motor Payed The Bill Wasn't Happy Two Day Later A Admission Pipe Falls Of That Goes Into A Blower Under The Car Went To But It Back On All The Clips That Hold It On Are All Broke Off Had The Wire It Together So It Didn't Fall Out brought It back They Said Plastic Clips Get Old And Break Off No Effort To Do Anything Looks Like They For Got To Disconnect It When They Pulled Out The Old Motor Than I Told Kelly Motor Keeps Shutting Down When I Stop At A Light Since The Motor Been Changed Response From Kelly I Don't Know Anything About That Drove It For Awhile Didn't Get Much Better Put Some Injector In It Got A Little Better But Injector Still Bad Then Lost All Oil Pressure Called AA One Trans Dropped It Off Down There The Took The Oil Sensor Out They Said There Was So Much Sludge In The Motor The Oil Sensor Couldn't Read The Oil Pressure Would You Have Accepted This Used Motor From Where Ever They Got It I Know I Wouldn't Can't Stand Being Lied To Don't Believe They Use There Qualified Mechanics On Private Owned Cars More
performed test knowing it won't determine problem, $ 139 While describing problem to service desk person a technician was asked how describe on work ticket my complaint and he stated " brake pedal gets hard While describing problem to service desk person a technician was asked how describe on work ticket my complaint and he stated " brake pedal gets hard when pushed " i asked him if that would show up on the $139.00 brake diagnostic test that i was told was required to troubleshoot brake issue. He replied no. When I asked him to put that down so I wouldn't get the brake diagnostic that wouldn't help I was told it was required with a smile. He said he was familiar with a bulletin that sounded like what I was describing and if that was the case it was a vacuum pump issue and they would have to replace many parts. $1662.00 estimate for a problem that GM created as in their own words from GM Bulletin "Vacuum pump may pump oil from the engine into the brake booster" frustrated that this wasn't recalled or at least parts only, became very frustrated when local repair shop ordered parts from Dyer chevrolet , followed the Gm bulletin on repair exactly like dyer quoted me and did a additional brake flush for 1139.24. wow does that sound nice. More
DEF tank and heater replacement. Pretended or just didn’t know about additional warranty on DEF tank. Had to get my hometown service manager on phone to convince them. Lots of arguing about this and finally warranty was applied. Have had oil changes and small jobs done here. Prices always 50% higher than my dealer at home. Again this year refused to honor special emissions warranty. Forget this place! More

SOOOO when I post something like this you can rest assured it is 1,000000% accurate account of what happened with this dealership. I was in Orlando so My wife took my truck in for a broken AC and truck is less than 3 years old and left with a $1400.00 bill for fluid services. Below is the dealership and the link to leave a review. DO AS YOU will, like I said you all know us and I will not stop until this dealership is held accountable or looses their right to use the Chevy name. My comment to them: My wife just took my truck back to your dealership for a broken AC on my truck (giving you another shot at doing the right thing) and left with the AC still broke and $1400 worth of fluids being changed. Which when I consulted with other dealerships and Chevy's 50,000 maintenance recommendations all said it was totally inflated and NOT needed at all. You have made a HUGE mistake and I will now make it my life's mission to inform the entire community about your dirty dealings and your dishonest dealership. PS I paid for lifetime oil changes at the dealership in Green acres (which is through GM itself) and your dealership not only would not honor it they made my wife call down to them and prove what you should already know which is if you have that Chevy symbol outside your building then you are required to honor the program. Again another attempt at padding the bill and stealing from the customers. Watch what happens now, I'm really really good at social media and letting everyone know whats the story with businesses that operate like yours. That will be the single most regrettable $1400 you have ever made. Guaranteed! More
