AVOID if possible This dealer has put 4 different transmission in my Silverado and it still has the same issue from when I brought it in Aug 2021. They do not stand behind their work or lack it. He has no integrity as a service manager. They have recorded message that states they get it right the 1st time guarantee not the case at all. They ask to give them a chance before bad feed back which I gave them multiple times to get it right. They got paid I am out money and a working truck! More

I was given a 7:30 appointment to bring my car in . Upon my arrival I was told technicians don’t come in until 8:15 and my car won’t be looked at until 8:30. The dealership came through with a know electricaly issue on the Chevy Traverse. Transmission xxxx position sensor/wire connection that keeps failing. Was replaced twice under factory warranty.
