Worst car service experience of my life and I have been dealing with dealerships for 50 plus years. Car brought in for oil leak. Still leaked after service. Brought in for second time, but oil still leaks dealing with dealerships for 50 plus years. Car brought in for oil leak. Still leaked after service. Brought in for second time, but oil still leaks. The service department is excellent, Kelly is my service person however, your accounting department leaves so much to be desired. I have been trying to reach someone on the banking side for 4 days and all I person however, your accounting department leaves so much to be desired. I have been trying to reach someone on the banking side for 4 days and all I get is "I will pass your note on to someone in that Department." There is an issue I need to fix and in order to fix it I need to talk to someone in that department. This is no beginning to cause health issues as I cannot talk to someone so I can resolve it. The disrespect of a long time customer is beyond the pale. The disrespect of not even calling me back is not customer service at all. I am 73 years old and have worked in customer service all my life. This is not how it is done. To say I am not happy is an understatment. More

I brought my car for oil change which includes tires rotation. Obviously the tires were not rotated because 3 days later I noticed I was driving with two tires that you could see the inner wire. My 2022 Tahoe was towed in again, the gauge cluster had to be replaced under warranty, it was there for over one month, no one from the dealership ever called to update me or my wife on the status. Got to be replaced under warranty, it was there for over one month, no one from the dealership ever called to update me or my wife on the status. Got stranded with it again and had to have it towed to Dyer, after 1 week I finally had to call for an update was told the Tahoe needed a fuel system module and part is on back order. It has now been at Dyer for a total of 3 months for 2 separate warranty repairs. Trouble is…these parts are being put into new Tahoes on the assembly line right now, that where their priority is, it’s not a priority for GM to take care of and existing customer. Even the dealership could pull the part of a Tahoe that hasn’t been sold to make sure a customer I’d taken care of but…why should they, they made the sale already, I no longer matter that much I guess. They are fine with me forking over $70,000 for the price ledge of driving a cheap Dodge rental. did I mention that a customer doesn’t even get offered a trade up or at least the same type of vehicle to drive while your waiting an indefinite amount of time. It is now Dec. 13 , 2023, I’ve been without my new since Nov. 10th , 2023. (Part is still back ordered ) I’m driving a little Dodge. More
AVOID if possible This dealer has put 4 different transmission in my Silverado and it still has the same issue from when I brought it in Aug 2021. They do not stand behind their work or lack it. He has no integrity as a service manager. They have recorded message that states they get it right the 1st time guarantee not the case at all. They ask to give them a chance before bad feed back which I gave them multiple times to get it right. They got paid I am out money and a working truck! More
