The worst service experience! Vehicle spent over a month at the dealership. Fuse box got replaced which didn't fix the issue. Adviser Kelly mentioned that it may take another 4- Vehicle spent over a month at the dealership. Fuse box got replaced which didn't fix the issue. Adviser Kelly mentioned that it may take another 4-6 months before service tech can "find precious time" to work on my vehicle. Left (2) v/m with service manager Ed who is completely indifferent to customers and never even bothered to call me back. Overall experience is extremely poor, would not recommend this place to anyone for service. More
Worst car service experience of my life and I have been dealing with dealerships for 50 plus years. Car brought in for oil leak. Still leaked after service. Brought in for second time, but oil still leaks dealing with dealerships for 50 plus years. Car brought in for oil leak. Still leaked after service. Brought in for second time, but oil still leaks. Additional damage while at dealership, but refused to fix and claimed that they could not get parts. Parts are available on line. The service department is excellent, Kelly is my service person however, your accounting department leaves so much to be desired. I have been trying to reach someone on the banking side for 4 days and all I person however, your accounting department leaves so much to be desired. I have been trying to reach someone on the banking side for 4 days and all I get is "I will pass your note on to someone in that Department." There is an issue I need to fix and in order to fix it I need to talk to someone in that department. This is no beginning to cause health issues as I cannot talk to someone so I can resolve it. The disrespect of a long time customer is beyond the pale. The disrespect of not even calling me back is not customer service at all. I am 73 years old and have worked in customer service all my life. This is not how it is done. To say I am not happy is an understatment. More
They are completely unorganized. They never call back when they say they will call you back and constantly delay the work to your car if you’re not spending a fortune. I brought my car for oil change which includes tires rotation. Obviously the tires were not rotated because 3 days later I noticed I was driving with two tires that you could see the inner wire.
