After learning of your review with DealerRater, I would like to respond by letting you know that we take all reviews very seriously and listen to all customer concerns. As you are aware we are a newly acquired business and as with any new business we are growing, building the right team and developing procedures to enhance the customer experience. I do apologize that the wait time for your oil change was longer than expected, however, we do recommend you pre-schedule an appointment to make it is easier for our service department to get you in and out. To address your second concern regarding taking samples of your vehicle, we do ask for the customer’s permission to pull these samples and proceed accordingly. This process is to better help us understand the condition of the vehicle’s fluids and offer services based on these findings. The customer does have the right to decline the recommended service. As with anything these days, costs have risen and unfortunately the cost of an oil change has gone up in our service department. However, I will personally review your invoices and see where the differences are. We are here to serve and listen to customer's concerns as well as better our service department. Again, I would like to apologize for the unpleasant experience. I would like to leave you with the knowledge that the Dyers strive to make every attempt to make you feel like family and make you a lifetime customer of Dyer Chevrolet Ft. Pierce.
