Horrible service dept treatment My daughter brought her brand new truck in for a service appointment to fix 3 things that she found that needed to be fixed. One was a paint issue, on My daughter brought her brand new truck in for a service appointment to fix 3 things that she found that needed to be fixed. One was a paint issue, one was a dashboard issue and the big one was a tire issue. She waited for over 3 hours on day one and all they did was fix a 2 minute issue with the dashboard. They told her that there was a defect in her tire and they didn't have any but would get one in the next day and they would also fix the paint, so they gave her an appointment for the next day. Next day she shows up, after waiting an hour, no paint fixed and NO tire....they tell her they have to send her to a body shop to have the paint fixed, but not for at least a week, not too big of a deal, but they then say come back for the tire AFTER the paint is fixed!!!! So they are actually advising her to go ahead and drive on this bad tire!!!! The tire has a manufacturers defect in it and has a bubble on the outside......they are actually telling her to drive on it........totally disgusted. More

The Best Car Dealership Around We took our VUE in on a Thursday to be checked for safety before a Florida-New Jersey run. We were told the back end rusted through in Florida weath We took our VUE in on a Thursday to be checked for safety before a Florida-New Jersey run. We were told the back end rusted through in Florida weather & our car was a "death trap!" We had our daughter's wedding & my wife's dying mother to see & had planned to leave the following Wednesday. We decided to fix the car & see if we could use it as a trade in before we needed to leave Wednesday. We dropped the VUE on Friday, waited the weekend & went to Dyer Chevrolet in Ft. Pierce on Monday. We explain to Joe & Garth we needed to purchase a car & be on the road in two days because my wife's mother was dying & our daughter was getting married in Philly. Our car was still in the shop waiting for parts so we couldn't bring it to the dealer to use as a trade in. Joe sat down with Garth then gave us an acceptable price on a new Equinox, an acceptable trade in price on our unseen VUE, told us if the parts for it didn't come in, they would send someone to pick up our car when fixed. We drove off the lot that day with the new Equinox (with dealer plates) came back the next day with our plates (The VUE was still waiting for parts) Joe had our plates put on the car with a custom design, gave us complimentary floor mats for the car & told us to leave as planned Wednesday & he would work around the missing trade in. "You have enough on your plate already!" We did & he did. These guys are an enigma: A friendly, courteous & "HONEST" car dealership! Wow! We left as needed in Wednesday. The Equinox cruises along at 85 without so much as a ripple! The sound system is phenomenal! If I could, I'd give these guys 10 stars! More
