He was kind, sincere, and truly listened to my needs. Thanks to him, I drove away in the car of my dreams, all within my budget. I wish more salespeople were like Ray. The worst service experience! Vehicle spent over a month at the dealership. Fuse box got replaced which didn't fix the issue. Left (2) v/m with service manager Ed who is completely indifferent to customers and never even bothered to call me back. I asked for a straight forward transaction, no beating around the bush and got the price both sides are willing to work with. Very upfront with the fees, gave me a run down of the cost/price. Jo'von , Internet manager and Louis were easy to deal with. The only delayed thing was getting the truck filled with gasoline. Dealership is immaculately clean and provided drinks while waiting. More

It was the after purchase that was not 4-5 star service. We were having a vehicle delivered from Lake Wales, and it was suppose to arrive prior to us leaving the dealership. We waited for 2hrs until I looked on the app and saw our vehicle was still sitting in Lake Wales. Communication was dropped along the way on an accurate time frame. The vehicle was suppose to arrive in the morning but didn’t arrive until the afternoon. When we finally got the vehicle the cleaning was poor. Grass clippings in the back, sticker residue on the door frame for the window button, and drip/streak marks from the spray cleaner. The def fluid wasn’t refilled after the drive from lake wales to fort pierce like asked. We were on a time crunch and couldn’t wait any longer to have these issues addressed. More

The entire experience from phone conversation and negotiation to taking delivery was exceptional. Justin and Rocco were a pleasure to work with and I was particularly impressed at their honesty and i negotiation to taking delivery was exceptional.
