Slimy malicious Service Department Took my 2016 Chrysler 300 there three times for Hard shifting especially when the tranny is warmed up quite a bit and specifically when downshifting f Took my 2016 Chrysler 300 there three times for Hard shifting especially when the tranny is warmed up quite a bit and specifically when downshifting from 4th to 3rd gear, (ended up being a faulty valve body that they didn't want to "find"). Every time I was given this xx answer "oh its just a software update, we need to flash the software". Every single time NOTHING changed (this was over 2 years and 30,000 miles!!!!). Most recently I took my car in for the hard shifting(would have been covered under warranty), a leaking water pump (under warranty), and a cracked thermostat (not covered under warranty). They call me back telling me that THE ONLY THING WRONG WAS THE ONE THING NOT COVERED UNDER WARRANTY the Thermostat according to them. I noticed that the mileage on my car was the exact same (meaning they didn't even bother to test drive it for the shifting issue) so I schedule a drive along with the Service Manager, and of course I am unable to reproduce the issue in the 15-20 minute I was to drive the car with him because the problem becomes more severe the longer I drive the car. When I explained the issue and how its been persisting for over 20k miles at that point the Service Manager looked me in the face and told me "well if you cant reproduce the problem there is nothing we can do". THAT'S THEIR FREAKING JOB NOT MINE!!! I got my keys and took my car to another dealership in Smokey point (Rairdons Chrysler jeep dodge), they listened to my concerns (actually took notes like a professional) and guess what?? Not only did they do their xxxx job by actually test driving the car and found the hard shifting right off the bat (they were able to find out that the transmission valve body was damaged, a $1,200 to $1,500 fix covered by my warranty) but they found that my water pump WAS leaking, and the thermostat was indeed cracked all fixed and taken care of by Rairdons of Marysville. Also they found out that my car had recalls that had not been taken care of, an issue Dwayne Lanes of Everett FAILED to notify or even attempt to service unethical and malicious at worst and gross incompetence at best. I have a mind to contact corporate and or the AG about this xxxx. More

I met Phoenix in mukilteo and i saw the new jeep renegade. When i got to Dwayne lanes in Everett everyone was so nice. My boyfriend and i purchased a 2018 jeep renegade. Fuel system replacement, On April 7, 2019 I caused a major problem with our 2015 Dodge RAM 3500 Mega-Cab 1 ton dually when DEF was introduced into the fuel filler instead of t On April 7, 2019 I caused a major problem with our 2015 Dodge RAM 3500 Mega-Cab 1 ton dually when DEF was introduced into the fuel filler instead of the DEF filler. I contacted our Insurance agent and was provided with a tow company. When the tow driver arrived I advised that the vehicle could not be started or driven as it would introduce DEF which is heavier that the Diesel into the entire fuel system and engine. The tow driver definitely ignored the caution as he immediately started the engine to make it easier to tow. Obviously this ran DEF throughout the entire fuel system and engine causing damage to everything from the fuel tank, fuel lines, fuel filters, fuel pump, fuel injectors and likely the engine. I contacted our service representative Joel White at Dwayne Lane's as soon as possible and let him know what happened and he advised that it be towed in.Joel had the vehicle assessed and agreed that the entire fuel system would have to be replaced and after working with his lead mechanic and Dodge headquarters came up with a plan to drop and flush the fuel tank, replace the fuel lines and everything after leading up to the cylinders. when the repairs were completed I went to drive away and the engine would not run, it remained in the parking lot and was returned for service. I was advised that the new fuel filters had been contaminated again and would have to be replaced. The next time I was advised that it was ready we drove it off the lot and made it less than a mile before it began making very loud engine and exhaust noises and lost power so we limped it back. The next time it was repaired we made is approximately 30 miles before it started missing on several cylinders and was returned for repair. The next time we got it back it lasted approximately 200 miles before it lost power and was returned. This cycle continued with numerous new fuel injectors being installed after the entire new set on the first repair, a replaced valve cover for a broken internal wire and several other issues associated with the initial repair. We finally got our vehicle back on August 14, 2019 after 4 months of being in the shop and in either loaner or rental cars. We have now successfully driven it approximately 3,000 miles, with about 1,700 of that towing our 41 foot travel trailer with no return problems. I have documented the exact dates and mileage of the progression with photographs of the mileage and dates for the RAM when dropped off/picked up and for the different loaner or rental vehicles we used if requested. Throughout this entire ordeal Joel has been more than professional and wonderful to work with and I would recommend him as a service representative and Dwayne Lane's as a dealership to anyone. More
