Friendly staff, but ultimately didn't fix the problem. Was there for an oil change and a software update on my Renegade as the GPS is broken due to a known issue in the software. After 4 hours, they did the oil change, but didn't reset the change oil indicator, and they only partially updated the software. They updated it 1 version, but not to the version that fixes the problem. Now I have a ticket up with Jeep to try to resolve the issue. More
I have used two different Jeep dealers over years. This one is light years beyond the one I used first. This dealership worked and gave me everything I needed to complete the deal. Seems like the staff here is ready for the long haul. In turn the staff there will be friendly, helpful and around for many years to come. Go in and at least check them out. Not that I have many problems with my cars (all Dodge/Ram), I have had to use the services of Dwayne Lane's for repairs. If I didn't know better, I would think there was extra horsepower added, but it was a waterpump and serp belt. :) Thanks John and Alia. MRW More
I still think that the dealership should wash the car before returning it to the owner. Especially if they have just paid over 1000.00 in service.
