I did not purchase my vehicle from here, but I have been a loyal customer for maintenance for the last 3 years. My car will be paid off this year and I do not feel as if I will continue getting my services done here. The staff does not care about your vehicle, the employees are rude and unprofessional, and wait times are ridiculous! I have felt this way for a while now, but today pissed me off to no return. Service manager Neil and advisor Tom are the worst men for the jobs. I brought my car in for AC work which is mandatory living in Florida. They did not answer my calls, return my calls, once we finally talked they repeatedly cut me off short mid conversation,just flat out did not give af! I just decided to take my business elsewhere. I work to hard for my money to be treated this way. Oh yeah the conversation ended with them refusing to fix my AC blower! Duval Honda use to be such a great place, but it's like all the knowledgeable employees have left and they just hire anyone with two eyes and two legs. Oh yeah did I mention I knew it was the blower motor from a previous diagnostic report and I brought TWO copies, (two different days) yes TWO and mysteriously they both vanished into thin air. More

It was Awful I had a scheduled service appointment on 7/6/18 @11am. My mom took the car for me since I was at work. My mom arrived early around 10:10am, instead of letting the customer know they could get worked in earlier, the girl at service desk proceeds to say well you can leave and grab something to eat and come back. Which means there was NOTHING to eat for customers who end up spending ALL DAY at your dealership. My mom was HIGHLY disappointed with the service from beginning to end. The fact that you charge for estimates to loyal Duval Honda customers is crazy to me anyway. The tire indicator on my car was on, which means NOTHING was done to my tires. I'm sure all the tires needed was air. I mean I was charged $47 for having ABSOLUTELY NOTHING done to my car. My mom waited an ADDITIONAL HOUR waiting for my car which was already ready but no one thought to tell her the car was ready. You charge for estimations but didn't wash my car which I thought was a service Duval Honda provides for ANY service reason. So she had to wait longer for that because she had to ASK you guys to wash my car. Which was the least that could've been done. From now on I will be taking my Honda CR-V to another Honda dealership for future service appointments. More

I was told by John McKean it would take 1.5 hours to have them installed. It took 3.5 hours with an appointment. He refused to do the alignment, because he said I needed new shocks (which I don’t). It appears that road hazard was not put on the ticket as I had requested to to be. After my car was finally done, they couldn’t find my keys. John said it was in the wash and would be out in a minute. I waited outside for 20 minutes. Still no car. Another service advisor went to go find my car when John didn’t help. It was in the parking lot, unwashed, with the keys in it. I told them to forget the wash and I was not happy with what had transpired that day. I left and cooled off for a day then emailed their dealership through the website about what had happened. No response. I received a voicemail a few days ago while at work to see how my service was. I called back and left Jody a voicemail to call me back, because it was awful and I realized that there was an oil change sticker on my windshield. I didn’t request an oil change (nor did I request an inspection that was placed on my ticket). I hadn’t had my oil changed in a few months, but the maintence minder hadn’t shown up yet. When I checked the vehicle maintence information, it said my oil was 100%. Either they changed my oil and didn’t tell/charge me, or they reset my maintence minder accidentally. I have no clue when my next oil change is now. No one has emailed/called me back since I left the voicemail for Jody over 24 hours now. I will be calling Honda Corporation tomorrow to let them know what happened on my latest and final visit to Duval Honda. Extremely disappointing. More

I had a tire go bad, I was in Gainesville Florida when it happened and I was told it wasn't covered under the warranty due to how old the tires were. It happened again in Lake city and the dealer there told me the same thing. Duval Honda kept informing it was covered and they would take care of it if I brought it in. Well a flat tire doesn't always happen when your around the dealership that sold you the car. After a few calls to the dealer ship they replaced 3 of my tires at no cost. Finally I can drive with the assurance that my tires aren't bad and feel a lot safer. Id like to thank Eddie in the service dept.for taking care of me, my safety and the safety of the ones that ride with me. More
