Finally a car dealership & salesman who is honest. Just bought my 4th New Honda CRV EXL at this location. I updrade my CRV EXL every two years. This year I wanted a black on black. Duval didn't have one available (at the time) so I made a mistake and went to Lucas Honda because they had one. I did all my research and told them what I wanted for mine & what my offer was on the new. Sales manager was Very rude so I left, I called Coggin Honda on Atlantic to see if they had one in stock. Salesman said yes they had the black on black, I get there & same salesman met me at door. Walked me to a gray one? He lied & said they had black. I decided to here the offer on mine. He took my keys moved my car out of my site then started running #s. I told him to give my keys back & he wouldn't. It took 30 minutes & I had to tell his Mgr to get my keys back (unbelievable) the next day I called Coggin Honda in St Augustine. Salesman said they could get what I wanted. Then called me back & said the Mrg said he would sell me a black on black touring for the same price as the CRV EXL. I told him in advance what I wanted for my 2015 & what I wanted to pay. He said not a problem. They also lured me in without intentions of selling me the 2018 touring for the same price. I drove 59 miles one way to only here a salesman run numbers & try to sell me a car $8,000 more then I said I wanted to pay.......Then Oscar from Duval Honda called me & asked where I was, I told him All the hassle I had been through at 3 different dealerships. Oscar said he didn't have the black on black 2017 CRV EXL but could get one for me, for the price I wanted to pay & would try to get me the trade in I was asking for. So I drove back to Duval Honda & he did exactly what he said he would. He located a black on black Honda CRV EXL 2017 and gave me what I wanted for mine. We signed papers the next day :) from now on I'll go straight to Duval Honda! All I wanted was a honest yes or no could we make a deal for what I was requesting. Oscar at Duval Honda was honest & treated me with respect. PS my husband had been fighting cancer for 14 months, currently in remission & this was the first (normal) thing I've tried to do in a long time. I was disappointed with the lack of respect & honesty at the other three Honda dealerships. But it's all good now. conformation to myself.....Always be honest & treat people with respect. You never know what someone has or is going through. More

Bad business I bring my 17 year old nephew was getting ready to go to New York for college to look at a couple of used cars we looked at a Toyota Corolla and we lo I bring my 17 year old nephew was getting ready to go to New York for college to look at a couple of used cars we looked at a Toyota Corolla and we looked at a used Acura husband couldn't tell me the price of course went inside we told them our budget then another gentleman came over and he says the Toyota doesn't meet your budget Toyotas in the mid-teens so he showed us a Honda Civic what a big price on the windshield of 7500 and I told him we need to think about it my nephew found both cars online the Honda was at 5900 and the Toyota was it 8500 I believe they told me the Toyota was in the mid-teens meaning $15,000 and the Honda was $5,900 online on the windshield it was at 7500 they wanted me to leave it deposit I said I'd like them to go she ate the price gentleman told me there's no negotiation leave me a deposit so I left and told him I needed to the side overnight so I think it's a horrible thing I was showing my 17 year old nephew how all salesman horrible but obviously at this dealership I was never treated like this in my life I wouldn't recommend this place for anybody Sealy Dennis defeo More

I had been shopping my local dealers for some time (Savannah, GA) and had been receiving some of the age old tricks and sales tactics of typical less reputable dealers. You know the bait and switch, or the "that car has extra stuff on it so we can't match the price" and was tiring of the dishonesty I was experiencing. I called the folks at Duval Honda, Van and Loren, told them what I wanted and how much I wanted to pay and BAM they delivered the car to my house and I signed the paperwork in the comfort of my own home, and they drove my old car away. I've purchased many cars in my life and this was perhaps the best service I had ever experienced. I got the car I want, the color I want, the trim level I want, the price I want. Van and Loren, thank you so much. More

Don't make my mistake My son found a used car and had a trade in car. We thought everything was fine until we got 24 letters declining the loan. I was able to obtain a loan on my own but for a lesser amount. (The trade in and value of the used car were worth less then the asking loan amount) after 4 weeks of waiting to hear from someone at the dealership. They finally called and told us that the only way was to bring the car back and buy a new one. In short after 3 months of trying to settle the purchase, I had to obtain my own GAP refund and they never kept their word on the PRICE MATCH. More

WAlk In Oil Change I walked in at 430 pm to get my oil change. The lady technician greeted me (forgot her name but she did introduce herself). She was very friendly.
