I asked to be contacted via email, initially, to have a paper trail. I received a voicemail from the service manager on the 22nd of December to call him back. I decided to wait to see what the owner of the dealership had to say since I had contacted Honda Corporation and received a complaint number. I did not receive a call from the owner. I went to Big Chief Tire today to get the alignment done and to see what was going on with my oil and my supposed issue with my shocks. The alignment was done. There was no issue with my shocks and it appeared Duval Honda had changed my oil (for some unknown reason, because it wasn't on my ticket) while I was there that day. I will be emailing the person listed below, but there is no way I will ever be going back.
