Loved the no haggle pricing. The price on the window is the price of the car. There were NO pushy salesmen. Sold me just what I wanted and didn't push anything extra. We had been considering a new car before we came to get the Odyssey repaired and we liked the CR-V features. Mr James helped us get the car that we wanted. In fact, Honda had to make a car to our specifications since there weren't any available at other dealers. We were given a loaner car to drive while we waited for our new car to be built. Every one of the employees we met at Duval Honda was accommodating to our needs without being over bearing. We think we got a great car, a great interest rate for our loan and a great warranty. We will be visiting Duval Honda for our maintenance service and know we will be pleased. More

I had the pleasure of purchasing a 2011 CRV from Duval Honda recently. My initial intent was to purchase a used 2010 EXL model but the price offered for the 2011 EX model was so attractive that I opted fo Honda recently. My initial intent was to purchase a used 2010 EXL model but the price offered for the 2011 EX model was so attractive that I opted for the newer car. My salesman, Jay Powers, was knowledgeable as well as affable. He made the experience entirely enjoyable and hassle-free. Even though I had to wait a couple of weeks for my car to be delivered, Jay kept me in the loop with timely updates. I purchased a 2005 Dodge Ram 1500 on June 4, 2011 and on June 16, 2011 the engine blew. I know that is was sold as is what I was not aware of is that they sold me a vehicle that was without a doubt a lemon June 16, 2011 the engine blew. They told me not only are they not going to help me but it would cost $4000.00 to fix it at their shop. I am having it fixed myself by a mechanic for $2250.00 this is a small shop without the buying power of this large dealer. If I was asked about this dealer I will tell anyone to stay as far away as possible. I will be sumitting my reviews on all and any site I can find. More
