Very, very courtious and this is the first time that I can say I would highly recommend a car dealership. I walked in thinking I was going to buy a pre-owned CRV or RAV-4. They did not have any RAV-4's on the lot, but allowed me to test drive the CRV and even gave me printed information on the RAV-4. I went to another dealer and drive the Toyota, and then decided that the CRV was the car for me. I returned to the dealership, where Hazel and William were very helpful. While walking around the showroom, I spotted a 2014 CRV that just called out to me. Since Honda's hold their price so well, the 2014 was not too very much more expensive than the 2011 I had chosen, so I changed my mind and purchased the new car. The staff could not have been any more helpful. They sat me down, got some information, send me in to sign papers with Mindy, and I was off in my new car within about an hour. They took time to make sure I understood all the options, and even helped me connect my cell phone with the Bluetooth feature so I can speed-dial my contacts. Everything was explained to me carefully, and I even ended up with a much better interest rate from Honda financing than the rate I had been quoted by the bank. This is the third time I've purchased a new car from Duval Honda, and I plan on purchasing my next car from them as well. Great team! More

After researching and comparing prices with different dealers, I was contacted by Mr. David Vergara, Internet Sale Manager. We established a dialogue via email until he was able to find the 2014 Honda C dealers, I was contacted by Mr. David Vergara, Internet Sale Manager. We established a dialogue via email until he was able to find the 2014 Honda CRV that I was looking for. When he did find the car, he offered me a great price that I was very pleased with. Along with that, Mr. Joe Humphrey, Used Car Director, also gave a good price for the trade in of our Ford Excursion. I was impressed with their professionalism and mannerism. I highly recommend to anyone to stop by and experience the excellent customer service and prices that no other dealer can match. I contacted several dealerships about what I was looking for, Jenn Willis contacted me as soon as what I was looking for came on the lot. My wife and I were in market for two cars. We wanted to trade in our family Escalade and our older/not so reliable vehicle for two newer vehicles. Renny met me in the parking lot, showed me how Duval Honda conducts business.... Patrick showed us exactly what we wanted and was very knowledgeable about the cars functions and capabilities. Joe appraised our trade ins with me right there and then we started talking numbers. They gave more for our trade ins, hooked us up with a lower interest rate then what our family bank had us at and informed us that both cars would be "599. A month!!!!" We went from one payment to two payments and SAVED $5 a month!!!!! :) Danny did his paperwork and we drove off the lot! The best parts about Duval Honda are the no pressure car sales, the knowledgeable sales men who were truly on OUR side and did what WE needed, the competitive prices, the friendly atmosphere, and the awesome stock..... We will definetly refer friends and family members to Duval Honda! More
I want to give a bottom line up front for any readers, my wife and I were highly impressed from beginning to end with the sales team at Duval Honda, and here is why; I did internet research of 150 miles from wife and I were highly impressed from beginning to end with the sales team at Duval Honda, and here is why; I did internet research of 150 miles from home, USAA cost quotes, Trader.com appraisals, dealership appraisals, and Car Max, then price matched / compared where I also own a home in NC, as I have done in the past when buying a new or used vehicle. Dealers have matched my research, and it gives me an idea what to expect when I go into a dealer. My wife and I work from home, and decided to trade in our two cars for a new van, Sienna, Odyssey or Town and Country. I contacted 3 dealerships, and received 3 appraisals for all the cars in question. Sal (being tech savvy that he is) replied immediately via e-mail, and a video welcome link, so I knew who I would deal with at the dealership if I chose to go there. Sal explained the Duval difference and it is the difference when it came to the final #'s and no haggle. I totally despise the 2-3 tier management making you wait for a $ figure, Sal and Joe made it seem like I was in a new world as they responded and provided quotes that met or exceeded what I expected (NO HAGGLE). My wife and I are middle aged, and have great credit, and when we went to Finance, Mindy had us in and out in less than 30 minutes. I was so impressed with the layout of the dealership and its people, and the service department (which has a small snack and eatery in it now! for purchase) that we purchased the total service plan on our 2011 used Town and Country van. They had a vehicle that met all our needs, color and style with stow and go seating loaded that closed the deal. Sal Santora made us feel comfortable, and no pressure as to our decision in purchase. Definitely will ask for Sal and the Duval team again for our next purchase. Looking forward to beginning a great relationship with them! Sal, your the best! More
