Their slogan of No Hassle is just that a slogan. I spent over $20,000 on a 2012 Ex-L September 2013. I was attempted to be upcharged by a very savy and cunning finance associate(Rafael Mejia). I specially over $20,000 on a 2012 Ex-L September 2013. I was attempted to be upcharged by a very savy and cunning finance associate(Rafael Mejia). I specially let them know within their 48 hour complete satisfaction garauntee period that I had secured a better warranty for my vehicle from my Credit Union for a little more than $1,000.00 cheaper. It took them almost 6 months for them to payback the amount of $2,800 back from off my principle amount. Which definitely cost me money. They did not supply me with any car facts report on the car, saying I was not buying a certified car. Call me crazy but a car that's your brand and less than two years old I think you would take more pride in selling your own product. I asked them if they would produce a second key fab for me being that I received only one at the time of purchase. Their response to that was we sell the car to you just like we get it. Also the Financial Institution which I had gotten pre-approved at, are partners with this dealership. So you would think, this dealership sought out two other financial institution and had my credit pulled and ran as a inquiry on my credit report, after I told them I had been pre-approved by my financial institution which they are also partnered with. Bad Business. None of which matched my banks interest rate. Overall this dealership does not understand how to keep a prospective future customer by trying to suck everything they can get out of a potential buyer. More

Everytime I visist Duval Honda to service my vehicles, I request Tom Martin. Mr. Martin does an excellent job reviewing any potential issues that may need addressed at time of service or within a time pe request Tom Martin. David Vergara was the best salesman I've ever purchased a vehicle from. Not only did he help me find exaclty what I was looking for without the "this is what we have, take it or leave it" attitu purchased a vehicle from. Not only did he help me find exaclty what I was looking for without the "this is what we have, take it or leave it" attitude, but he was professional, polite, and not pushy. He looked at several vehicles with me until he had an idea of what it was I wanted, and then was able to suggest the perfect one that was within my price range. I've used Duval Honda for car repairs on my prior vehicle in the past, and the sales end of it was just as great! I felt like I was being treated fairly and really enjoyed my buying experience. More

Overall, I was very pleased with my experience at Duval Honda. The employees were very nice, knowledgeable and respectful. I really liked the lower stress of the buying process. The only thing I did not like was the length of time it took from start to finish. I would also recommend to have courtesy refreshments (bottles of water, small snacks, etc.) available to people who are purchasing a vehicle and who will be there for several hours during the course of process. My sales person, Richard Sweeney, was wonderful to work with. He answered all of my questions but went beyond my request to remove a sentimental tag off of my truck by cleaning it up and placing it on the back seat of my new car for me. Steve Ladrido and Mindy Vega were also wonderful to work with, very personable and knowledgeable in their areas. I would and have already recommended Duval Honda to friends. More
