Even before ever deciding to make the trip from Lake Park, GA to Jacksonville, we had enough info from Van to make a calculated decision to buy. Van had the Expedition "set up" for the presentation, clean, laid out and ready for the inspection/test drive. He knew what the options were on the vehicle and how they worked. We were spell bound at his effort, and he didn't miss a beat, especially when the paperwork came. I also have to add that Lori was a champ staying as long as was needed to get everything wrapped up. You guys really know how to treat customers and make lifelong friends! More
