Bryce has patience! It all started 5 years ago when I paid off my Grand Cherokee.... She was in the shop again for repairs and I was in a rental car at a gas station, and could not figure out how to open the cover for gas. That's when I saw the man in a Duval Ford blue shirt and asked for assistance. Your Fleet Manager popped it open and gave me a card. I waited a few more weeks to contact him and he punted me to Bryce. We had a fun time that afternoon, but I still did not want the car payment, so I waited 3-4 weeks until Irma blew through, and decided it was time for Hurricane Alice to hit. Everyone treated me very well and I am happy with my purchase. More

Shade tree actions dealership rates I took my RV to Duval Ford because the check engine light came on. The first time I took it I received a call from the service advisor that went like I took my RV to Duval Ford because the check engine light came on. The first time I took it I received a call from the service advisor that went like this "it will be $869.00 and you'll be back on the road ". Didn't tell me what was wrong or anything just the price until I asked what the problem was. He explained that the fuel rack sensor needed to be replaced and the fuel system was cleaned. So, I paid, pick it up and drove off. No more than a mile down the road the light came back on so I immediately turned around and took it back. Five days later I get a call from the service advisor stating that the fuel filter was clogged and needed replacement; which they did at no cost to me. The key here is that the original repair was the fuel rack and cleaning of the fuel system. After I picked it up the second time I thought that might be it but no, 2 weeks later the RV is out on a rental and the light come on again. This time the service advisor tells me that the fuel tank must contain debris and the fuel pump needs replacement at $860 dollars. Buyer beware, wouldn't a real dealership check the fuel source prior to cleaning the fuel system? Shade tree and the customer pays, I wouldn't recommend this dealership to my worst enemy. More
