My experience at Duval Ford was everything I was hoping for and more when going through my first car buying experience. As soon as I pulled up we were welcomed by a slue of employees, whom of which were ve for and more when going through my first car buying experience. Everything down to the cleanliness of the dealership to its zealous employees was very satisfying. Duval Ford had a plethora of cars, new and used, from which to choose from. Not finding a car that you are interested in is nearly impossible. During the final transaction (filling out the paper work) I was explicitly told as to what document was which. It wasn't your typical "Sign here, sign here". Each document was laid out before me and explained thoroughly. During the entire process, beginning to end, not once had I felt like I was trying to be swindled. This dealer isn't about trying to make the huge sale, it is about trying to get you or your loved one into the car they love. Duval Ford easily deserves 5 stars! More

They had a plethora of cars in which to choose from so not being able to find what you are looking for is nearly impossible. As far as prices are concerned, you will feel like you are not being swindled by any means. The dealer will workout the best possible outcome your or your loved one. The dealership isn't looking to make a huge sale, they are more pleased with just getting you or your loved one into a vehicle. I felt very welcomed and informed during the checkout process. During the signing of each document I was explicitly informed as to what each and every document was. It wasn't your typical "Sign here, Sign here please". These guys are good. They have product knowledge, a system they use to make the sales process pleasant and no miscues. As a customer you feel like your buying a luxury car (I was buying a truck)meaning system they use to make the sales process pleasant and no miscues. No real tension dealing (do YOUR homework) and I was satisfied with the price. BTW the competition next door never called me back even though I was interested in the product. We all know its tough right now for sales people (I'm in Real Estate) I respect that, but the job of a sales force is to be responsive, have product knowledge, be respectful, make the deal, and follow through... that's what happened. What more can I say? More

I took my 2007 Ford Mustang to Duval Ford a few weeks ago to trade it in due to the high mileage that I had since I work a good distance from work. The next day, I drove 74 miles to Duval Ford (Jacksonville) in quest of getting a particular car that I really liked via duval ford's online website. James Netherland was the perfect salesman for me. Mr. Netherland not only spend 6 hours with me that day, he was a very resourceful person. As it would be, I was able to purchase a 2010 Ford Mustang that became an early Christmas and birthday present to myself. Mr. Netherland, was not only professional, resourceful, but also a "friend". He allowed me to try numerous cars of my liking until I found the one I wanted. I struck up a conversation with Bruce Skeeles asking about Inventory and he imediatley droped what he was doing to assit me and not only informed me of what was available but also took me all over the lot showing me everything I inquired about both New and Used. He left me alone when I wnated to be alone and when I had given the process enough thought I decided to purchase a new vehicle. At this point the very efficient and polite Tracey Skeeles came on the seen and helped me through the paper work. The whole Duval team made my buying experince as pleasant as possble and I will definetly recomend them to everyone who asked ---- PS I do not live in Jacksonville but was there on business. I went to Duval Ford because of a sale event. I was paired up with Chad Taylor and he treated me like a good friend. If we had met under different conditions we would be friends for life. Billy created an atmosphere that even if he could not help us I would return to Duval when I was able to make a purchase. What sealed the deal for me was theservice received after delivery. My 07 Escape needed some cosmetic work done before I could drive it home. After receiving the vehicle it was discovered that tha the windshield had chips in it and the driverside headlight was out. Mind you this is a used vehicle. I was not given the run aroud or made to jump through hoops. My Salesmen Chad Taylor to care of everything. Yes go to Duval Ford and you will be treated with respect and your problems will be solved. More
