I have been searching for a new 2012 Ford Focus since January of this year. I really liked the service Jay provide if I had the right money he could have sold me 3-4 more cars. He was soooo friendly I made a statement he should be my boyfriend(smile. Phil made our car buying experience a pleasant and easy task that most people think is a difficult experience, us included. We pulled up in the parking lot and Phil met us at our vehicle, he was never pus task that most people think is a difficult experience, us included. He made that part of our car buying experience a breeze, he explained all the documents we were signing and that was a lot.
