YEAH!, Thanks to Tino my family has a new vehicle! My wife and children are thrilled. Especially my 17 year old daughter who is learning to drive and didn't like driving our van that I traded in. She's taking drivers ed. this summer and has almost taken over our new car. It was one of those "it was meant to be" moment's. I planned on an oil change that day but knew we needed a newer car down the road, maybe in a year or two. My warranty was over also. Sitting in the waiting area I met a very pleasant,articulate young women named Stefanie who wanted to know if I was interested in an extended warranty or maybe a vehicle. She subsequently introduced me to Tino. Tino was awesome, he made me want to buy a new car. After explaining to him my financial situation and concerns about my van and families needs. He made me feel comfortable that I could afford a new vehicle and the benefits of saving gas. I never felt any pressure. The whole process was smooth and easy. I tried to find reasons why I shouldn't buy the car. Tino listened and answered all my questions and concerns. He went over all the manuals, and how the car systems worked. This is a late review. Didn't know about the review program. I have purchased many cars/trucks from Duval Ford due to the outstanding people that work there, especially Antonio Riberio. In Dec of last year (2011), I was just looking to see what my next purchase might be in the coming year (2012), since my truck was getting up in miles. Initially had no intention of making a purchase but the deal put together by Antonio and Tino was just to good to pass up. That type of good deals is the reason I have come back to Duval Ford time and time again for the purchase of a new (or used) vehicle. The purchase of my new F-150 was vehicle number 15. Hi, We went to Duval Ford to look at the new Edge and had not really decided to buy. However, Darlene Graham was friendly and attentive. She answered all of our questions in a professional way. We were thoroughly impressed with Malcolm's attention to detail and his helpfulness during and after the sale. i call duval ford in ref. to a 2005 for expedition, i made a appointment the next day and was welcome by michele cuartero, very nice and courtious. she ask us what we were interested in looking at. She then proceeded to look for the car we wanted, she was very knowledgable and very informative. She answered all of our questions. We then advised her that we would let her know about the trade-in price. Once we got home we talked about it and we called back and talked to Mr. Jose Negron, we came together in a trade-in price, the next day we contacted Michele and advised her that we were on our way to do the purchase of the Expedition. Again, Michele was very pleasent and very professional in getting our paperwork in order to make the trade. Our experience with Duval Ford was very SUPER!!! Thank you Michele for all of your help.
