What an experience we had a Duval Ford. We worked with Jim Brown, who was excellent to work with and very patient. My hubby and I went there on 6/17/12 to purchase a truck. Jim was very upfront which we liked very much. He gave us the price of the truck and what we needed for our trade-in. there was nothing that was not explained to us in great detail. Jim then toke all the pricing and had it written down, and went over all of this. We have purchased many cars and this is never done. We actually understood the pricing since iall of this was writen down. We ended up purchasing the truck and had to come back to pick it upon Tuesday. Again we had quite an experience. They had a person who was in charge of the SYNC . We sat in the truck with her and was again she was very through. I bought a Lincoln two years ago and had to Sync myself. Not knowing what to do it was quite an ordeal. I have nothing to say but great things about this dealership and traveling 1 1/2 hours really paid off. I live 2 blocks from Mike Davidson Ford and had a horrible experience there, and friends of mine originally said Duval Ford wasn't much better. WRONG!! I work in the industry and have bought MANY vehicles in my life and have NEVER had a more pleasant experience!! This dealership is professional and curtious to your needs, they don't push anything you don't want. I found a vehicle alot cheaper elsewhere but this customer service was by far worth every dollar spent! Matt is a GREAT and knowledgeable finance guy, not pushy at all! They have always kept me abreast of service issues concerning my cars and offer many money saving coupons and in house offers, that is important to me and my wife now that we are retired. We came in to purchase a new model in 2011 but had a bad experience with the persons handling the deal, so we decided to wait until the 2012 models came out, luckily the people we dealt with b/4 were no longer there,I decided not to let one bad time cancel out the previous 30 yrs of good help we had had before.
