I have delt with Duval Ford for over 15 years. My husband and I have purchased both new and used from the dealership. We have also have used the service department. We just purchased our 3rd car, a 2012 Ford and I have purchased both new and used from the dealership. We have also have used the service department. We just purchased our 3rd car, a 2012 Ford Escape. I am as pleased with this as I was and still am with our 2001 Ford F150. I had been looking for a new vehicle for several weeks now. I used the internet and visited several Ford and Toyota dealerships in NC, SC, GA, and FL to that end. I found Duval Ford using Google and begin now. I used the internet and visited several Ford and Toyota dealerships in NC, SC, GA, and FL to that end. I found Duval Ford using Google and begin to search their new vehicle inventory. Their website was awesome; one of the best I've seen. I saw several trucks that I liked and proceeded to apply on-line for financing on the vehicle I eventually bought. Adela at the dealership paired me with Malcom Daigle. Mr. Daigle contacted me several times and I went to Duval Ford this past Saturday (6/23/2012). Mr. Daigle and the Duval team guided through the entire process from the first contact I had with them. Every employee I came in contact with was friendly and made me very comfortable. Mr. Daigle spent a lot of time with me making sure that I understand the process. As a result, I am very pleased with my truck and the terms of my purchase. This was by far the best car buying experience I've ever had. I highly recommend Duval Ford. More
