First off you have this form online to schedule an appt. and to explain why you need service. I fill all this out thinking this would be great if they actually use the form... they didn't. I leave my truck there for several hours to have them find out what is wrong with my four wheel drive. They call me and give me an estimate of $3500 to fix my truck. I was flabbergasted beyond belief... I said pack it up I am taking it home. I found a mechanic on lane Ave that specializes in four wheel drive repairs. Cost to fix my truck $650. Dude stay away from this dealer unless you are ready to put a.nice down payment on a new f250 king ranch for the Service manager! More

Darlene was very helpful and patient. When she said "If it takes all day to find you your car" she wasn't lying.
