I had the best buying experiance ever at Duval Ford. Larry Beverly was not only very friendly but he was the only salesman I have ever dealt with that didn't play the game. I specifically chose Ford because of the Sign and Ride event. I had been looking at used cars but even with low interest rates, the SUV that I wanted was out of my budget. The entire experience was worth it. Jim Brown was awesome!! From the start he made me feel like meeting my need was his top priority - he listened, really listened. In the end I drove off in a 2013 Ford Escape, which I love!! Jim made the whole experience such a pleasure. In fact, I have already given his business card to two friends looking for a new car. My husband and I for a whole week went to numerous dealerships to try and find the perfect truck that we wanted which was a Toyota tundra but every dealer we went to either got us approve but were ask dealerships to try and find the perfect truck that we wanted which was a Toyota tundra but every dealer we went to either got us approve but were asking for a down payment of $4,000.00 and monthly payments of $600-700 other dealers couldn't get us approve. Duval Ford was amazing!!!!! They got us approve that same day and got us finance with our bank they also took our previous vehicle and gave us a decent amount for our trade in. My husband and I are really HAPPY with our new truck, we highly recommend this dealer to anyone!!!! One thing we LOVED was that they don't pressure you like most dealers do. More

From the beginning he was very welcoming, his smile was very calming, and he was very informative, as well, as attentive to my requests for this next vehicle. Joe's overall approach down to the timeliness of closing the deal was above board. I came away with a sense of value and appreciation for the service I received and the vehicle that was purchased. Additionally, he quickly referred me to someone within the company when I expressed a desire to have the windows tinted.
