Fusion Hybrid - safety recall. I was called to schedule the appointment. I asked about the shuttle service (three times) and scheduled the appointment for 7am, with the expectation I would have shuttle se the appointment. When I got there, I learned that shuttle service doesn't start until 7:30. I expressed my frustration with Chris (who was handling me car). A few minutes later, he came and told me Dylan, a service technician, would take me to work. Dylan did that, was polite and pleasant. Chris handled the recall and identified an additional recall service that needed to take place. He did that as well. All in all, my car was ready when I returned after work - very friendly customer service by Chris and Dylan. I left with a smile on my face. Thank you! More
Overall my family and I had a great experience working with Tino Lebron. We started off working with another salesman that actually never got back to us probably because it seemed as though he could not g with Tino Lebron. Tino took the time to help us when we had been searching for a new vehicle to fit our budget and family needs with a three year old and a newborn child. We did not have the best of credit nor circumstances and instead of turning us away( or not getting back to us) he took the time to get us financed even though it was very trying at times. There were points in our transaction that were a little bumpy for instance my husband forgetting his pay check stub at home on the counter (we live about 45 min away from the dealer) and Tino went above and beyond and met us half way to our home after hours just to ensure we got all our paperwork in so we could get the vehicle. Overall I would say he is a very honest and upstanding person and I and my family thank him and the dealership for working with us. More

well, I,ve been in the market for a new truck for a few months and had been looking at Ford and Nisan. I would go to the dealerships when they were closed so I would not be bothered while I looked at the t months and had been looking at Ford and Nisan. I have owed several trucks in my lifetime and one of the trucks was an old F-100 with a three speed on the column... man talk bout "back in the day". Well, I went to Duval Ford when the dealership was claosed on Saturday night and started looking at the trucks. A coulple of trucks caught my eye,then I saw the truck on the show room floor. I didn't see a price on it so I decided that I would go in Sunday and inquire about the truck. So ,that Sunday I call a friend of mine ,who has bought two Mustangs from this dealership and I asked who was her salesmen. When I got to the dealership ,I was promptly greeted and I asked for the salesmen. I was informed that he was no longer there,but Susan Crawford asked me well can I help you and I said sure. She proceeded to be very professional and ansewed any and all questions that I had also she said if you have any questions that you may think of later don't hesitate to call. She didn't pressure me or try to push me into anything. I wasn't planing on buying that day but Susans professionalism and great pesonality........Well Im the proud owner of a new F-150 FX4.......Man what a TRUCK. Thank you for the opportunity to share my experience. I had no plans to buy a car when I went to this dealership, but my car was 12 years old and giving me lots of problems and my daughter had been asking had no plans to buy a car when I went to this dealership, but my car was 12 years old and giving me lots of problems and my daughter had been asking me to buy a car for over a month. I am a female and don't like car dealers-don't like hassling and playing games with financing. I don't trust car dealers. At any rate, I decided to go to Duval Ford. I needed a car that was affordable and dependable. When I entered the dealership, I was greeted by this man who had a warm, friendly smile. He introduced himself to me and shook my hand. This was Chris Smith. I was later introduced to Joe Singleton. Both men treated me like I was an old friend. I got no pressure to buy and had no haggling about prices I really appreciated the way Chris asked me about my needs and completed the application process prior to showing me cars. This was a big help to me because it kept me in budget and I didn't have to walk the lot trying to make decisions. Chris patiently educated me on the pros and cons of buying a new car vs an older model, but left the final decision up to me. I didn't feel as though he was patronizing or condescending to me. He treated me as a PERSON looking for a car. I felt comfortable throughout the process and felt Chris was open and honest with me. With Joe's guidance, education and patience, I found a brand new 2014 Ford that both my daughter and I liked. I wasn't sure I could afford a new car and stay within my budget, but Chris listened to me and helped me get what I wanted, under budget!! I was extremely happy with the deal to the point of tears. I didn't expect to receive such kindness and consideration- I have bought many cars in the past, most of them were not made in America, but this was by far the best experience I ever had. It was after hours when we finished the deal, but both men stayed at the dealership to educate me on the features of my new car. I am very happy with my car and my experience with Duval Ford. If Duval Ford employees are like Chris and Joe, then I certainly recommend Duval Ford to family and friends. More
