Great experience Rafael did a wonderful job in helping us attain what we thought was impossible, getting a truck newer than 2006 for less than $12000! Jason from the Service department was extremely helpful and made sure everything was taken care of for me. I was issued a rental vehicle from Hertz and customer service there was excellent. I was told my Mustang would be finished in 3 days and received a ready-for-pickup call on day 2. The mechanic involved with differential repair was knowledgeable and very helpful. Overall my experience with Duval Ford could not have been better. Exactly the way a professional business should be! Recommend with highest level of confidence! More

I signed up for price drop alerts by email and within two days I got a notice that the price had changed. I then worked with Danny by telephone and ended up driving over to look at the F150. From start to finish I was treated well and I can say that Duval is as good or better than it was 15 years ago.
