Recently I was traveling from Georgia to Jacksonville! !!! Unfortunately, I had car problems and Duval Ford was awesome and worked me in to their schedule without to much of a wait! I had 2 different se !!! Unfortunately, I had car problems and Duval Ford was awesome and worked me in to their schedule without to much of a wait! I had 2 different service consultants And they were kind enough to even give me their cell phone number and keep me In formed!!! Although, I had to make other arrangements to get back home , the People there were kind enough to help me all the way till the end !!!!! A special shout out to The service manager !!! Believe RYAN was his name!! In invertingly , my phone cleared out the review (before I could respond )! Thank all of you!!! More

I have bought most of my cars from Duval Ford. Unfortunately, the sales rep and his supervisor could not explain what the "extras" were. I spent SIX weeks trying to get the information. Finally we Unfortunately, the sales rep and his supervisor could not explain what the "extras" were. I spent SIX weeks trying to get the information. Finally went to another dealership to find out (and buy) the car I wanted had heated seat and moon roof.) The service there was horrible. Treated me like I had no idea how a car works. I switched and came back to Duval for service and have never regretted it. More
