Great dealership. I always try to visit Duval Ford. and Will the rep i had for my service was extremely helpful and very nice. Got me car in and out in the timeframe h I always try to visit Duval Ford. and Will the rep i had for my service was extremely helpful and very nice. Got me car in and out in the timeframe he mentioned and let me know of the other issues with the car had and was not pushy unlike other places. Also on this review it shows a John Rohde as my service dept rep i am not sure who that is. The one that took care of me name is Will Edge. He is the only person i delt with. He was great. More

Getting the appointment was easy and the service was done in a reasonable time.
