All 3 were awesome to work with, including the attendants when arriving and picking up. I had 2 car seats and personal items in the loaner car. I go primarily to have my older MDX serviced; they are very frank about any issues but do not "upsell" you. Yes, you may a bit part at the dealer but you are paying for service.
