I was able to drop off my car and get a loaner car in just a few minutes. He kept me informed throughout the entire process and the vehicle was completed in the promised time frame. I know that I will be bringing my vehicle back to Duval Acura when the next service is completed. When I returned early there was a comfortable lounge to sit in. Car is serviced and didn't feel like they were trying to sell me anything prematurely (e.g. Break pads, new tires, etc.). Also they were familiar with my car, remembered something about last time I was in (e.g. Traveling to CO on vacation)... Was just personal despite it being only my second visit to the dealership...
