Excellent customer service!! I live in south Georgia, so when my car would not start I went to a local car repair service. They kept my Acura for five days but could not find the I live in south Georgia, so when my car would not start I went to a local car repair service. They kept my Acura for five days but could not find the problem in order to repair it. So I decided to go to an Acura dealership in Jacksonville. I made an appointment with them. My car was serviced at that time; I didn't have to wait. They found the problem immediately and made the necessary repairs. They even washed and vacuumed my acura as a complimentary service!! While they worked on my Acura, I was in the very clean waiting area watching tv, drinking fresh coffee, and eating a snack. I am so pleased with this visit to Duvall Acura; I plan on coming back when my Acura needs service. More

I would recommend hiring a scheduler for service department to schedule routine appointments and if it's more complicated issue then they can talk to one of the knowledgeable service advisors. More
