A3 Same Day Service A3 Service took the amount of time they told me it would. Found email with coupon while service was being completed and it was deducted from my cost. Oil change, transmission fluid replacement, and tire rotation. All seemed to go fine. I did find a rear brake light out about a week after the service and wonder if it was out when I had the car serviced. Figure basic light check would be done while in. I also found a air cap missing from a tire about the same time. Wonder if it wasn't returned to the tire after service. More

The service department is phenomenal and delivers on every promise. They're the reason why I keep coming back and will most likely upgrade to another Acura model in the years to come. It doesn't seem to matter which service manager I deal with as they are all extremely knowledgable and personable.
