Duval Acura Is a Class Act I have had only excellent experiences with Duval Acura from my purchase of an Acura ILX in May 2014 to the services of my car. Jovie is my service ma I have had only excellent experiences with Duval Acura from my purchase of an Acura ILX in May 2014 to the services of my car. Jovie is my service manager. He is professional, competent and enjoyable to communicate with. My car had an airbag recall in late March (2016). Jovie arranged for a rental car for me until the part came in. Yesterday, April 18th, the new part was installed in a short period of time. I returned the rental and the rental agent drove me to Duval Acura where my car was waiting for me - repaired and washed/cleaned. I have only good things to say and would highly recommend this dealership. More
