Quality Service every time. I truly appreciate the quality service received at Duval Acura. Service was completed and I requested for the brakes to be replaced as well. I received expert advice and recommendations from the service center and appreciate the time and detail they took when diagnosing my vehicle. Wow!!! What A Difference A Dealership Like This Makes!!! I have purchased many vehicles over the years so I have had to deal with a lot of tricks, scams, and dishonesty with dealerships. This honestly is the first time I have had a dealership be honest in all they do. They are upfront in how they deal with purchases and has one of the best service departments I have ever dealt with. I leased my car a few years ago and Curtis Pillow was my salesman. He was so great in how he handled my purchase. He answered all of my questions and did not push me into something I did not want. Merrick Wade is who I deal with in the service department. He always takes care of my car needs and NEVER tries to have me do things that are not necessary. My son just purchased my leased vehicle and I am ready for the new TLX to arrive, and of course I will be back to see Duval Acura and Curtis for my purchase. Oh one last thing, I love how you can get a loaner vehicle while your car is being worked on. It is such a convenient thing to have from a dealer. More

Both times were very pleasant and we left very happy to have worked with Curtis! He knows Acura thoroughly and worked hard to meet our needs!!! I think the what the dealership charges for an oil change and tire rotation is a little pricey, but by giving me a loner to use and washing my car it mitigates the price somewhat. More

B1 Service I brought my 07 Acura TL with 106K + miles to Duval Acura, as i have in the past for all my vehicle service, for a B1 service. In addition to the norm I brought my 07 Acura TL with 106K + miles to Duval Acura, as i have in the past for all my vehicle service, for a B1 service. In addition to the normal service, I was advised I should replace the front breaks and flush/replace the power steering/brake fluid. I went ahead and had the break service performed at Duval Acura but had the fluids flushed and replaced at a different service location because I could save $70. When I came to pick up my car, I had to advise service that there was a $40 discount that should have been applied to my bill based on the "Savings that Grow" cost savings special. The discount was subsequently applied to my bill satisfactorily, but my feeling is that the special should have been applied without me having to point it out. There is one item that is my fault for not mentioning when I brought the car in. There is a noise that the car makes after it is first started that has been described as a "minor" power steering seal leak. I have had this issue addressed satisfactorily on at least two somewhat recent service visits but the issue seems to recur after a period of time. Is that to be expected? More
My 200,000 mile service at Duval Acura I've been a Duval Acura customer since 2001 and once again. Arick and Eddie deliver A+, top notch service from a loyal happy Acura customer. I always give great reviews but never took the moment to actually thank them. I think after getting this service done, my comments and review is long overdue. Let me start by saying other than getting tires and having my tires rotated/balanced. All of my service needs go to Duval Acura where I'm comfortable, well greeted and not treated as just some regular customer that visits once a quarter. I drive a 2005 Acura TL (6-Speed w/Navi) that needed some major maintenance done since I've reached the 200,000 mile milestone. I was working with Arick via email to set everything literally monthis in advance to get price quotes just to prepare myself once it's time to get this major service done. I was even offered some discounts on parts and labor. Dropped my car off as usual on a Monday (4/28/14). As always, they have me set up with a loaner car which was a brand new MDX. 3 days later, my car was ready to be picked up. Arick was sick at the time but informed me through email on Wednesday that the master tech advised that I should go ahead and replace my front brembo brake pads since they are close to being worn out. I told Arick I have OEM brake pad parts and said I would have to go home first and drop them off and just pick up my car that Friday. Arick advised instead of going home to pick up the parts, dropping it off. They would just go ahead and use the pads they have in stock and I can just bring my pads the following day (Thursday) when I pick up my car and hand them to one of the service advisers when I arrive so they restock it back to their inventory and honor the same discounted price on my Brembo brake pads. When I arrived that Thursday, Arick went home sick and before he left he sent me another email wishing he was there to deliver this masterpiece back to me. I told him rest up and get well and I would see him next oil change! When I arrived, I went directly to my original adviser Eddie Turner who now runs the show and even has his own little office at the back. I was greeted and he was going to check me out just like old times. I had probably 10 different things done to my car from changing out my clutch system all the way to the timing belt, and power steering pump. Eddie went through each service done to my car thoroughly and answered all my questions in detail. After I paid, I knew it was time for Eddie to leave for the evening but he went out with me to my car to make sure that my car was not scratched, dinged and that everyone was working properly. We had a good 10 to 15 minute chat at the parking lot just like old times and I thanked him and his hard working members at service for a job well done. I love coming to Duval Acura not just because I've been going there for years. But it's the employees and the people there that care when I'm concerned about my performance of my car. When it's time to replace the TL, if I don't end up buying another Acura, it will be a Honda and I will go straight to Duval Acura for service. That I will never hesitate or second guess because really, I don't know where I would be without Eddie and Arick who are not just my service advisers but they are really my friends. Keep up the good work and I'll see you next oil change. Maybe one day my car can be featured in the back somewhere on that Acura Style Magazine. "Loyal Acura owner, drives a 200,000 mile TL"... or something like that. Haha! Regards, Michael More
