The fact that I only had to deal with one person to sale the car and work up the deal made the experience extremely pleasant and easy. During my conversation with Iso I found they had some additional inventory available based on my criteria, the cost and what I wanted for my trade. After all of the terms were set over the phone I drove down to the dealership, looked over the car and test drove. Once I given the thumbs up to the car Iso said the terms are as we discussed over the phone- which was very reasonable based on KBB.com. I highly recommend this sales team to anyone looking to purchase a new car they are fair and honest something very hard to find at some dealerships in town. More
I purchased 2 vehicles from Jesse Herrera. He is a great guy. He is very easy to work with and speak to. He does a great job in determining your needs versus just trying to sell you a car. Kevin, the manager, is also a very likeable person. The dealership is clean and everyone is friendly. There is a great selection to choose from and if there is a car that they don't have, they can get it for you. More
Overall bad experience with dealership. General Manager Kevin Snyder was highly decietful, and refused to show his face on several occasions when asked for. Sales associate David Duvall Greer sold the car before it was even serviced, and the service team failed to properly service and fix problems before it was picked up. David Greer also failed to provide adequate documentation of the warranty we were to receive, thus, disabling us from being able to take action under the Florida laws, about returning vehicles. David Greer was also outrageously rude several times, and tried the intimidation method, when we confronted him, politely, about the vehicle. The entire deal was very shady, as even the official paperwork is not accurate on the description of the car. I would highly recommend to avoid this dealership, as they are unprofessional, unorganized, and solely in it for themselves, and your money. More
This place is rediculous. I was duped into buying from them. NEVER AGAIN!!! BEWARE!I did a lot of business over the pone and that was great. I was told by the saleman that the vehicle was certified, and it turned out it wasn't. So, I agrued for 3 hours with the finance guy about buying upgrades for service, warranty, etc. He would not take no for an answer until I threatened to leave. My poor 1 y/o was a mess before we even got out of there. WE weren't able to finish until an hour after the dealership closed and we got there at 3 in the afternoon. I had previously bought from Acura of P, and will return my business next time. If I could return my vehicle and do that now I would. My vehicle was a 2005 and luckily they have 30 warranty that covers service. After having my new vehicle for 2 days I had to return it. The service dept. determined that it needed an allignment, balance, brake pads on all fours, roters (sp?) in the rear and a NEW DRIVE SHAFT! I purchased my car 3 weeks ago, and have driven it a total of 5 days. Save yourself some anger, time, money, and arguements...go elsewhere. More
I contacted both Duval and OP Acura. I ended up buying from OP since I had already been to their dealership. The Duval guy emails me the next day and is promising me things and I could get the tech pack o from OP since I had already been to their dealership. The Duval guy emails me the next day and is promising me things and I could get the tech pack on my RDX for less than I am paying now (neg equity and no money down). I couldn’t get out of my OP lease b/c there is not 3 day grace period. Well, the Duval guy was telling me things to do to get out of the contract. I called my uncle, a bail bonds man, and he said those things I was told to do could get me arrested or thrown in jail! I can’t believe they’d do that and say that to a consumer for a sale. More
Duval Acura located in Jacksonville, FL, is owned and managed by lying, cheating thieves. My interaction has been with the sales team, finance department, and management staff told me, in no uncertain terms, this dealership is out for your money only. <br><br>This staff is rude, arrogant and inept. It took this finance staff 3 months to complete my financing and at least that long to obtain vehicle registration. Not only has this staff been dismissive in person, but also that have failed to respond to certified letters or return repeated phone calls. <br><br>A formal complaint has been registered with BBB of NE FL. To date (six months at time of this memo) there has been NO resolution by Duval Acura or their owner the Scott-McRay Group of Jacksonville FL. Buyer Beware… Take your money to the OTHER dealer in town!!! <br> More
