After reading about 25 reviews all of witch are negative I seen that the owner has no idea of how the customers are being treated, when all he can say is I'm sorry give me a call to get to the bottom of th I seen that the owner has no idea of how the customers are being treated, when all he can say is I'm sorry give me a call to get to the bottom of this, what he fails to realize is that he or someone change the company's website and a lot of information about the customers was left out so when, say someone that had been a customer for more 5 years no information about that person is available, but instead of checking out the system the owner rather listen to the same people that are causing the problem and that's why I'm going someplace else, I sold a vehicle that came from a nother dealer and when I asked they refused to answer, so, so much for customer service and when they do give you you are told about the survey and then you are told nothing less than a 10 is acceptable, boy how I wish I could get a survey to do, just hope that can reach at least one person today. More
Brought car in for service for a few things covered under warranty and a few service things. I paid over the phone as I wasn't able to get there in time but I was assured that the items were taken care of. I warranty and a few service things. It was like they were feeding laxatives to the birds. Next was the mileage of the car. On the paperwork it states a certain amount out. Well it was 16 miles over that amount on the dash. Joy ride? Maybe. But really pissed me off was they left their lunch receipt from subway on my floor for the day before. I went inside to speak to someone but no one from service was there. Only from sales. I stood at their front desk awaiting for them to stop and acknowledge I was standing there waiting to address my issues. But they continued to talk amongst themselves. I spoke aloud asking for a manager and a Brian from sales manager stated to speak to a girl at the register. I explained that there wasn't anyone there and was told by him that they have nothing to do with service. I said I have issues that I would like him to see since he was a manager. Again was told he has nothing to do with that department. That's why they have hours written on there. My point is what happens to customers that can't be there for pick up. What you just brush them away? Along with the other issues my car was not repaired completely. The main reason I came in was not fixed. Unacceptable. More
The service department staff does a wonderful job; however, Teresa, by far, represents the true meaning of service. Her communication skills as well as her attribute towards public relations brings th however, Teresa, by far, represents the true meaning of service. Teresa is a hard-working representative who always greets you with a smile. More importantly, I truly believe that she is an essential asset to Dutchess Dodge. More

Purchased a Jeep, had a problem, as a jeep dealership, should have been able to get service there. However, between Pete’s nasty attitude and Shawn’s LOVELY hospitality, I was told that he only gives great service out to “customers who purchase from us." So basically he will intentionally ruin your car if you don't purchase from them but go there for service. do yourself a favor and go to begnal’s in Kingston. You’re better off. Begnal’s was lovely to work with. Shawn specifically told me he would not be offering me a loaner vehicle since I did not purchase the vehicle there. Interestingly enough, he has commented on this post indicating that he would. Straight up pathological liar- if you asked me, he is a phony individual. More

HAVE NEVER ONCE HONORED THEIR EXTENDED WARRANTY Can’t be any more plain than the title. Every time I’ve brought my truck in for warranty coverage, which they sold me, they find an unrelated issue to Can’t be any more plain than the title. Then extort you into completing the work there with an outrageous diagnostics fee when you want to bring it elsewhere. There are plenty of other honest and moral dealerships out there. DO NOT, DO NOT, DO NOT waste your valued time and hard earned money at this dealership. More
Take your money elsewhere When we went into this dealership, we were told a set of spare tires would come with car that we were purchasing, a 2016 Subaru Wrx. The final cost was said that the car would come with another set of spare tires seeing as winter was approaching and I was purchasing this car for the sole fact I needed it for winter & it had low profile tires on when I bought it. After being told by multiple salespeople that “they were trying to get a hold of the previous owner” for said tires, they just brushed them off In the end and acted as if they knew nothing from the start. Which is interesting. Upon talking to the previous owner, they said they dropped the WINTER tires with stock rims off the first week of December. Because dutchess dodge kept hounding the kid for them. Meanwhile, I purchased the car December 10th. With no extra tires lol. These people just spew xxxx out their mouths to get the money and dont follow through when it comes time to pay. We were also told a dent would be removed from the top of the trunk. SURPRISE . lol it wasn’t. I was able to find all this out due to them not going through the glovebox properly otherwise they would’ve noticed they left the previous owners personal address/name/& insurance info To the WRX in the glove compartment of the car amoungst other items that belonged to them. Really bad business decision that I wish I found sooner. So thank you, dutchess dodge. For not being thorough because now we just know you lied to us. Saying you never received them when you had them all along. Messaging the previous owner of this car has made me want to now write this review out in full. I JUST received the spare keys in the mail last week. Previous owner said the keys were delivered with the car when he dropped it off. I also want to thank you all for your xx “$25 for half a tank of gas” fee. Lol xxx is that? Literally no one ever has heard of that happening at a dealership. Ever. I work with the public daily and I’ve havent held back on letting people know how awful you guys are and to stay away. More
Service dept. SUCKS There service sucks do not go there. I have taken my kia there 3 times. First time they left tools on the windshield by the wipers. I had my car in for service sun roof replaced and the told me a few days it's been a week and told me it would be done on the Monday I had to call them then they said they would call the body shop to see if it was done and it was but no one called me to let me know and they were supposed to do oil change they didn't and then when I came to pick up the car I had to wait horrible experience would never recommend them More
